    What the hell are you all doing still awake? Its 3AM and I just woke up. Alrighty then, but see you all are coming at 4:30. That means I can pack, shower, feed the cats, etc. It's been a while since I woke up at 3AM to go skydiving. Whew Hoo! Me thinks this is going to be an interesting trip. Only one I know is Chop Chop. I get to meet Lany finally and the rest of the gang. Now I did think of something (after I woke up in the dark) ... Its dark as shit out. When we call Bakersfield Ed to get most up to date weather report ... He's gonna take one look out the window and go Yeah it looks great come on down! Its pitch black. And, I live in California now, but I am moving to Missouri very soon and will come down and jump with you all in Moss Point, went there a couple years ago for the MP, MS Mardi Gras Boogie. Good times! Now I have two reasons to come down: #1) To see Leanne and jump with all of you and #2) To get my PMS membership

    Damn it! Now I get this super fun sounding PM from Geno saying you guys might all hop down in the van... It's not lookin too pretty down there ... Are you guys getting a different weather reading than I am? I'm seeing clouds in the picture with a peek of sunshine and it says considerble cloudiness, high around 60, winds at WSW at 5-10 mph.     Hey guys, I just looked at the weather forecast myself too and it is not looking too good down in Bakersfield... I am gonna bail on this one. Oh well, back to rigging but Chop Chop, kudos on the spontaneous idea, had the weather been great and Iwan not had relative work to do, that may have turned out to be a pretty kick ass little road trip Roy Bacon: "Elvises, light your fires."     Sorry to post whore twice here... I'm thinkin Saturday will be the best day for jumpin. Looks like the best weather and the KingAir. I can leave anytime on Friday and I live in the East Bay (San Leandro). My schedule is open for the weekend so I am pretty flexible about leaving/return times. Glad to share a room with friends if anyone wants to save $$$. Less motel cost = more jumps
