I have a friend who is currently in the US military. She tells me rape is quite common in the serving community, this rape is not limited to man on women, Man on man rape is quite common also, the guys doing this horrific crime are most often 'not' open Gay people, but jock macho types. So instead of focusing on sexual preference, more focus needs to be put on who is invading other collegues personal rights. ounishing them accordingly and making sure they don't do it again. My 50KG/120LB Fiance learned on a 360sq/ft canopy. though she landed well after the tandems and had to jump in very light winds it didn't really matter, the size of the student container would have been more of a safety issue. Just because they have a backstrap and belly band, does not make them the same. Strong harness's dig into the customers shoulders and make it difficult for larger customers to lift thier legs, the foam in the strong harnesses (instructor and customer) is shitty open cell foam that does basicly nothing, UPT harness ues closed cell foam that provodes the comfort that a harness should. UPT harnesses automaticly put the customer in an adequate landing position upon deployment and are by far a superor harness. yes Bill I'm used to saying that since jumping at Lodi at my dropzone we use a cresco, it burns around 60litres of Jet A1 taking ten jumpers or 5 tandems to altitude. with a complete sortie time of around 16 minutes going to 14k, most other aircraft would be less efficient. Our DZO likes this aircraft because it makes him more money than other aircraft/is more efficient. 1 person sitting in a chevy suburban (that name says it all) chewing through shitloads of petrol getting to work is not efficient, the difference is that MOST other options would be more efficient. the suburban and all SUV's for that matter have no practical value for 1 person commuting. period. I don't think people should stop having fun, and I don't think we should stop driving cars, but i do think we should use our brains when it comes to efficiency. As much as that saying is a bit of a laugh, the system does work, I prefer sigma overall but prefer strong over vector 2. The strong system works well for the instructor, the passenger harness is uncomfortable but functional, but the Set canopies are hopeless and dangerous. Why don't they put crossports and a larger slider on them? I cant figure it out, that would make them much better and safer. Most of these places (in california) are effected by natural fires, we had to stop jumping the other day due to smoke/visibility. you could hardly say that bakersfield and fresno are large metropolotan areas pumping out pollution.
