Or she's saying that men who would vote for Trump would also be influenced by being denied sex (from anyone -- she's encouraging female partners from engaging in intimacy with men who would support him, not just saying she is personally denying each of those men, when otherwise she would put out). That is funny. So if I understand correctly, she, as a feminist supports using the vagina as a tool. I saw a woman in Patpong that could uncork a wine bottle the hard way.

I go with "whatever..."

Well, she is obviously a liberal feminist or she wouldn't be so adamant against Trump. She apparently believes that men would make a voting choice solely on the option of having sex with her. She believes she can use her vagina to get want she wants. That kind of a woman is easy. There is no relationship value to her use of sex. In other words, she is a slut. My tribe has higher standards for their women and themselves. Someone who will sleep with anyone is a slut. Someone who will sleep with anyone if the price is right is a whore. My primary concerns with promiscuity are icky diseases and surprise children. Fidelity reduces the likelihood of the former and the consequences of the latter (for everyone involved). My Tribe is a lot less neurotic about sex than is the average middle class American. We save our neuroses for other issues.

Unfortunately - we are all going to be putting our money behind them. . . . But no. I don't. I was just trying to start a discussion. Vote for Cruz! If we can get a Harvard Lawyer into the Oval Office, we can finally get the Change for which we have Hoped for so long! This is the only... What? He is? Nevermind.

We'll see. A. C. Neilsen made his mark by checking the actual buying habits of consumers, rather than taking their word for it. It seems that, if you asked whether a person used Palmolive (a pedestrian soap) or Lux (an upscale soap), people tended to say Lux. When it came time to BUY, however, the sales of Palmolive outstripped Lux by a long shot. Thus, even though people have said (again) that what McDonald has said in public is VERY BAD, they may still vote for him. Given what I have seen people vote into office so far, I should be beyond the horror with which I am possessed as this campaign season unfolds. Sanders is likable but clueless. The rest of the field is beneath contempt, each for their own disgusting set of reasons. The fact that this is the best we can do suggests that we may as well throw in the towel. BSBD, Winsor

Oh no. People with a lot of money go to great lengths to hang on to it. What's this world coming to?

Look, there's nothing new here. When there is nothing but Assholes involved, what do you expect?

Assault is saying "I'm going to punch you in the nose" and shaking your fist. Battery is punching in the nose. You can have assault without battery and vice versa (e.g., a sucker punch). If someone is responsible for security for a public official, and a citizen puts their hands on said public official, pulling the citizen away can be deemed justifiable. It's the old 'first blood' thing (in a bloodless kind of way). Generally, the rule of thumb is that if someone assaults and is within range to cause damage (arm's reach for a fist, effective range for a firearm, etc.), battery in response is justified. You don't have to let them throw the first punch or fire the first shot. The most effective approach is, of course, to stay out of range in the first place. BSBD, Winsor

Sorry about that. I have changed the link to go to the home page, but the article in question will only be at the top for a short while. I am surprised that it did not work, but that's the interwebz for you. Ok - so we are fucked - or we are not, fuck it - lets party. Hey, it was fun while it lasted.

Strictly from amateur.

It goes along with believing six impossible things before breakfast every day. This election cycle makes Lewis Carroll appear to be a stark realist, and George Orwell an eternal optimist.

However real 'Climate Change' may or not be, it is a red herring when all is said and done. Chris Martenson does a pretty good job of putting it into perspective.

A) The guy is a humorist/comedian. B) The impression one has of the NYPD is a function of the local precinct. When people start using terms like 'racist,' there really is not a lot of room for discussion. Race is a reality, and one can take it into consideration without being an Al Sharpton/David Duke type racist. If you can discuss something without resorting to buzzwords and code words, it may have meaning. When every other word is a buzzword or code word, meaning is forfeit. Thus, I think the responses in Harlem were legit, but the Bed Sty interviews were nonsense.

Right and this is a good thing? Nope, it's a Russian thing. The Soviet Union was interesting, but I do not recall ever thinking "gee, what a wonderful place! I sure would like to live here..." For the record, I am not a big fan of our policy of bringing Truth, Justice and the American Way to other countries, whether they like it or not. I do not think that the solution to going to other people's countries and acting like American assholes is to go there and act like Russian assholes. The Russians have that role covered, anyway. There was an apocryphal tale in the media when Americans were being kidnapped in Beirut during the '80s. Apparently Hezbollah felt that they had achieved great success against major powers by kidnapping key people, and made off with a senior Soviet diplomat. The next morning a high ranking Hezbollah player was found in a doorway with his genitalia stuffed in his mouth. The diplomat was summarily released. The Russians have the advantage in that they don't pretend to be 'the nice guys.' They're the Russians, and they really couldn't care less if they are loved. If you fuck with them, they will kill you and anyone who looks like you - any questions? BSBD, Winsor

The true irony is those like you not being able to condemn the source In any event I will still not prefer Trump But even he is better than Hillary To use the term "better' implies that the relative goodness of either is being compared. The concern here, however, is which candidate is more fundamentally repellent. "We suck less!" is copyrighted, but I think that is the basic principle.

I have long contended that intelligence is vastly overrated, and that anyone who can find a way to harness stupidity is set for life. Donald Trump is living proof of that thesis.

How much time does it take to retrieve a properly secured weapon? With practice, well less than a second.

Betcha they got the odd bullet dispenser on hand.

Don Johnson? That works. I think it comes from New Yorkers calling a big shot of one type or another 'the Don.' Since his name is apparently Donald, this morphed into 'the Donald.' Then again, 'Donald' could be yet another euphemism for male genetalia (unclear of limp or excited), so people who might say "quit being such a donald" refer to him as THE Donald. It all depends on how you look at it.

It wasn't a grab and dash, and some locals had time to be ready when he tried to get away. The perp was dispatched by service 7.5mm rifles, not concealed carry sidearms. Since it was in 1992, it may be inaccessible via the interwebz. At the very least, it got a lot of attention in the Kanton at the time. I have been going to that country every year since the mid 70s and have multiple family members living there. I am still calling bullshit. Anyone who has been on hand at an event that was later reported in the news has likely noticed that the account was not entirely accurate. I was about 10 km away, so all I got was the reports from the media. The discussions at work centered around the fact that the guy was definitely a foreigner, and likely there related to the drug culture that was sort of tolerated at the time. Every once in a while someone will try to rob a bank on Bahnhofstrasse, and it doesn't tend to end well. Whether the person was shot by one or more of the people who were on their way to their military commitment, with their rifles at hand, or by police, I don't know. My German's decent (Swiss German not so much), so I am pretty sure I got the gist of it. I tried to look it up online without success, but I could probably find someone there who remembers if it mattered that much. BSBD, Winsor
