I looked at this brand at a recent motorcycle. The saleman said Hyosung used to make bikes for Yamaha. Prices seemed pretty reasonable, but the saleman said they were agressively discounting to get more of them on the road so others would see them. Red is a nice color. Vint . . . . . This is interesting for a bit of diversion. In about 10 tries my worst was .039 seconds and my best 18.878 seconds. http://tinyurl.com/56t9u I'm sure it relates to being a better jumper somehow. Having had several conversations with Jason over the years, I will attest that fuck yeah, it's one of his favorite words. And isn't that sig line of yours more appropriate for Todak now? Believe me, you don't want to make a skydive into the airport w/o permission from the control tower, who can neither give you permission, nor deny it, so you do it any way. A few months later you'll get a letter from the FAA saying you owe a $1000 fine for an illegal skydive. Your lawyer friend will be able to negotiate that down to $150, but it still becomes a very expensive skydive. The scenery from altitude is great, though! Vint . . . . . "Make it hard again." After pointing my wife in the right direction, I got a nice one for Christmas from Square1. They were on sale then. Still are, it looks like. http://www.square1.com/manufacturers/square1/p1046.asp Vint . . . . . "Make it hard again." My bad. Hindu is the religion, Hindi is the langauge. Tamil is spoken, but when you look at a billion people, then you're looking at a lot of langauges. Tamil is just one of many I forgot about. I spoke based on my limited knowledge of Indian langauges based on the students I serve in my ESL program. Vint . . . . . "Make it hard again." Predominant langauges are Hindu, Punjabi, Gujarati (sp), Bengali. I have one Indian student who speaks Hindu, Bengali and Punjabi and now English. There are a handful of Indian students in my school, and they all speak Punjabi. English is still widely used, at least by the credit card soliicitors who call me in the evening. Vint . . . . . I saw them on that tour when they came through town - I took my son, who was 15 at the time, to his first concert. He was a Bush fan. Vint . . . . . "Make it hard again." Doc Ed “A person needs a little madness, or else they never dare cut the rope and be free” Nikos Kazantzakis

If they didn't before they do now. On October 27th, I jumped in with the game ball for the homecoming game at the high school I work at. It was very cool - night dive, stadium, co-workers and students. The jumper image is not the one they see at work. Vint . . . . . "Make it hard again." I have the second picture on the desktop on my home computer and one of my two work computers. It's the 100th jump for the guy in the middle. Rogers started jumping in May and this was his 100th in August. The first pic is from August too. I have it on my main work computer. It's my 77 year old mother, Peggy, making her first jump. I got to make a RW jump with my mom. She loved it, and it's probably one of the neatest jumps I've ever made. Vint . . . . . "Make it hard again." The fricking No Child Left Behind mandate of the feds has eliminated the ability to compare states. When states once used a similar test, like the ITBS, you could do a state by state comparison. Now, each state pretty much has it's own, so, comparisons between states are difficult. Rant over. Congratulations on your son making progress on the Benchmarks. It's hard work, and he and the school should be proud to be able to bring up his scores. Buy him a new book as a reward. Vint . . . . . "Make it hard again."
