NORJAK wasn't the first time Alyce was robbed on the job! Just found this today...
-
Correct. As I've said numerous times, she basically Forrest Gump'd him into the Cooper narrative. For every event that occurred in the Cooper saga she was able to artificially insert him into it.
-
Tim Collins is the name. Yes, very sharp guy. Although I believe in a follow-up episode with Darren he said that there were several things that he was supposed to inherit from Jo that he never received.
-
He may name his suspect at CooperCon, but I expect the press conference will just be a teaser to get more folks to come to CooperCon, which I'm all in favor of.
-
Personally I think this whole bit is overstated. Tina says that when she brought him the money he merely stated that “it looked okay.” Florence of course has the line about him acting childish but that appears to be in response to him “dad joking” her by asking her to pick the bag up. She said he was acting very childish, but I just read that as her saying that his joking behavior seemed inappropriate at the moment.

now this is epic

Is this a shot at me or a shot at them for not cooperating?
-
I forgot to "Cooperize" him on the original one that I did. According to Flo: make his ears not so protruding and lower his hairline a bit.
-
reminds me of a 302 where one of the Stews rejects a suspect when shown his photo by saying "he's much better looking than the hijacker"

Attempt to clean up KK5-1. Pretty damn hard to do without a clean nose or mouth.
-
Not really. It’s from NORJAK and it’s just Ralph describing a call he got from some woman who was describing someone she knew named Dan Cooper
-
It really seems like he's just conflating that phone call he got from the woman describing this loser she knew named Dan Cooper with the real Cooper.
-
Ralph said a lot of sh*t. I think in later interviews he was conflating the phone call from that woman with the real Cooper. This is also probably where Ralph's inexplicable "he used terrible foul language!" garbage came from. The smoke curling around fingers is just such an imaginative statement that he probably made it up. It fits with his whole idea of who Cooper was.
-
Page 123 isn't talking about Cooper. Himmy is describing a random phone call he got from a woman following his retirement. Page 14 is clearly a literary flourish not based on any testimony that any of us are aware of.
-
I'm not sure I'd label it a compromise considering that all 3 stews agreed that the final Comp B was a very close likeness.

The eyes are what is most in common with the sketches and KK5-1. Forehead shape is similar as well, but the eyes of KK5-1 are its biggest contribution.
-
Yeah, Oct 2nd 72 was when she gave those statements, so she was referring to this fella.
-
Which is ironic because Cossey's original statements in the 302's all indicate his belief that Cooper lived, but maybe with a sprained ankle or something.
-
He doesn't want to admit he was wrong. He must have that personality trait. When he first got the case in 2007 and was giving his interviews trying to reinvigorate the case, he said many things which have been proven untrue. He has a bunch of quotes I'm currently trying to undo on the Wikipedia page; stuff he said about Cooper wearing loafers and Cooper choosing an older model parachute over a newer fancier one or Cooper jumping in a storm or Cooper jumping with a dummy reserve parachute or Cooper jumping into a remote wilderness where he would have to possess survival skills to escape, etc. But ultimately I think he doesn't want to admit the stuff he said about Cooper dying was in error. So he's basically married to his "100% No Pull" mantra at this point.

It was never published. Glad I wasted a couple hours this morning looking for something that didn't exist, lol.
-
Where does that come from because it's incorrect. I've looked at the table of contents for almost all of the West Mags for 72 (the last year of the mag) and nothing about Coop.
-
Real talk here. You're not planning on releasing your Hahneman info only upon your death or something are you? What are you waiting on? I'm open to being convinced it was Hahneman. Let's see it!

yet the Count Dracula sketch has a heavy lower lip. Go figure.

Our friend Gregory again... :-)
