  1. From the beginning in 2002 the USPA BOD wanted to make sure that USPA would not bear any cost of building or operating or maintaining the Skydiving museum. I was at those meetings, I also have been an "unpaid volunteer" for decades. The USPA Treasure at the last meeting said we cannot afforded the Museum project. Nine Elected BOD Members voted NO on donating $125,000.00 Just the facts please---just the facts. I Jumped with the guys who invented Skydiving.
  2. I jumped there for 5 years. Really miss it. I Jumped with the guys who invented Skydiving.
  3. This will encourage USPA Members to question Directors about why they were not asked to comment or vote on funding the Museum. I Jumped with the guys who invented Skydiving.
  4. Thank you Jan Meyer. Eloquently written and informative. Can we find out how much the Canadian Sport Parachuting Association and the British Parachute Association have given to this boondoggle museum. I Jumped with the guys who invented Skydiving.
  5. Once again the USPA BOD didn't tell the Members what their intentions were. From the beginning of the Museum project all agreed no financial burden would be on the USPA Members. The Museum would stand alone financially from donations and charging admission. Building cost started at $5,000,000 on FREE land next to USPA HQ. Now it $14,000,000 on land that’s not FREE. Giving our dues money to the now failing National Skydiving Museum should be voted by the Members, not by the BOD who are supposed to represent the Members. 17. Bill (Tuna) Case died April 18th 2017. We'll miss you Bill. Thanks for the SCUBA Diving and Flying jump planes. Thanks for a free place to stay in Saint Augustine. Thanks for weed at a fair price with lots of buds in the bag. I could find no cause of death for William Prescott "Bill" Case in the obituary and no response from his Wife or friends in Saint Augustine. I know he had been going through some sort of rehab in 2016. Bill was 74. I Jumped with the guys who invented Skydiving.
