    Greene County, Xenia Ohio. This is a family owned DZ in Xenia Ohio that's a legend in Skydiving. It's on a Beautiful Farm with grass runways, unique West Wind turbine aircraft.     From Lee West. For the first time in all the years, we are making a change. The Annual Christmas Party will be held December 12, 2015. That will be the second Saturday of December. The change gives Ronnie Gross the opportunity to attend a Christmas Party after several years.

    The New York City Council recently passed an ordinance prohibiting landing by parachute anywhere within the city. Likely in reaction to the Freedom Tower BASE jumps, the ordinance applies to any parachute landing, including those that descend from an aircraft for an exhibition jump with Federal Aviation Administration authorization. City officials have threatened to arrest anyone landing by parachute within the city. USPA has been working with an exhibition team that had to cancel a jump that had been arranged and had an FAA authorization. The issue has been elevated to FAA Headquarters, since local jurisdictions cannot restrict airspace use to aeronautical activities overseen by the FAA. I Jumped with the guys who invented Skydiving.

    The CPI Page has a similar news article posted about this guy and their dealing with him. They have other more important airport issues. I remember him from the FBI's most wanted show with John Walsh. And there was another show he was on, I think INTERPOL was involved trying to find him in Europe. The arrogance of his parents protecting him was often mentioned. USPA has the right to pull his ratings---just saying. I Jumped with the guys who invented Skydiving.
