    I worte an email outlining why my boss is a poor excuse for an employee, why the turnover rate for our department is the highest in the company, and how he all but refuses to listen to his employees. I'd planned on sending iit to his boss and 3 more levels above that, b/c Im fed up with the BS in my department. I decided it would end my career there, so I just held onto it.
