Well Im just sittin here killin time... Dreamin of buying go fast goodies for my car... and large numbers of jumps in warm weather. Mardi Gras is near.... but I dont now if Ill make it. Im between classes and bored to tears. Anyone else need some are time badly? I figureed this was as good a place as any... so I dont hijack any more threads. [thread hijack] just how hot are "BALLS"? I know mine are sometimes a bit warm, and occasionally hot... but not so much that is would be a mataphor... annnnnnd.... I would imaging they wouldnt be much hotter than 100F.... mind you warm... but not hot. Hell... whilst I was in the first few jumps I always drempt that I bounced... looked up to see if anyone saw it.. the coolly walked back to the hangar... repetition is the key... have a the person teaching you make sure you do it the same way every time. Even when I cant consciously remember a step anymore... it just happens. I turns into a muscle memory thing. Youll get it.... we all did! BAh.. is in the mid 30's here. and raining. Can wait till spring when I can sit on my back deck on a moonless night in 60 degree weather. Ooh, ooh I have a job but I hate it. Lets all go into business. Hows bout starting a shuttle service that carts poor ass skydivers around the US (for quite reasonable prices, of course ). Just think, we'll get paid (not much, but some), we'll bring business to DZs all over the US, we'll meet lots of cool peeps, etc., etc. The possibilities are endless....I will even donate my sh*tty little Mazda as our first shuttle. Ive considered it... and still working on the major portions of it. Vacations for skydivers. Why? Cuz we require special treatment that why. And we like to do it in groups... especailly large ones!
