actually if you want to get your way at a walmart is to raise a stink w/ other customers around... yell for a manger... they'll damn near give you a BJ just to be quiet. We had a run in at a WM in dallas... short version: roadhazard on tires purch at WM. killed two on wood pieces in freeway... left for 1.5 days at WM... returned to p/u... only replaced ONE of the tires.... tell us oh well... we only had one anyway soooo... I say well the guy went and got TWO of them when I was here before, where did the OTHER one go. Wife get pissed and say im going to find the store manager... by this time the dept manager was there saying different tire but same size... blah, blah, blah... now there is a small gathering of customers listening to me raise hell... manager show up... says: find the tire... put it on NOW... and get these people out of here. Oh ans we also got a 25 dollar gift certificate for our time. oh... and did you know you can name your own price at the cash register?
