    Cut back on you depressant meds... if possible. I know w/ both of my surgeries, in the beginning they kept me asleep, or comatose, but as I began trying to be normal again found that they kept me from getting a decent nights sleep (maybe a tolerance thing). Now I only use them on rare occasion, and I sleep for hours. good luck.     Hey use the word I do and have for yeaaaars. I use it all the time... I started out using cool in the 60's.. smokes KOOL's in the 70's ( nasty habit but I quit way back when) and have progressed to KEWL now in my second childhood... yes, and we all know how "childlike" you are! j/k dont break me. for as long as youve been in the sport you still have the vibe of new jumper, very KEWL indeed.
