    No its not right. *** but that's the way it is in this country. yes, but is people like YOU and I, and our FAMILY and FRIENDS who sit on jurys(you are a registed voter right) and award this kind of "alleged idiot" large sums of cash. But most bacterial/viral infections have a 7-10 day incubation period, that gives you 3 more days if you know you got too close to me at the boogie!     this seems to be a bit of the pot calling the kettle black dont ya think? What it boils down to is criminals (yes criminals), have "outs". The fact that if you injure someone in your home who is threating you, your family, or your possesions, that individual can sue you(and win) for defending it. and possibly thats what this man did. Given the new news, it may be that he with malicious intent, went in there to harm (financially) HD. Admittedly, the employees reacted poorly (or for Home Depot, with the service you usually get) the man needs to take responsibility for his actions, those being not having the common sense to check the seat before sitting on it. He might as well sat down in someone elses urine and then blamed HD for contamination, and emotional issues. just my .02.

    Because society has adopted an attitude of the "time-out" mentality. Theres a whole new generation of degenerates out there, and IMHO, its because in the home, jails, and overall, we are to quick to medicate, instead of deal with the real problems. So what you end up with is a complely unadjusted, overmedicated, psychotic. Sorry for that. You could have the flu like me.     Did they speak english? If so you are lucky. We stay away from the Wmart we live by because a) it is severly ghetto, b) looks more like a dollar genral than a wmart, and c) finding someone who speaks english aint that easy.     Last night? Hell, I called everyone in my phone, except for my work numbers. So if you didnt get a call its your own damn fault (or luck) that I dont have your number!     Interlaken is beautiful. The Eiger (clint eastwood in The Eiger Sanction) is there. The rotating resturant from that james bond movie is there. and Jungfrau, 13000 plus feet w/ ice caves and carvings. If you could jump there, even if just once it would be awsome. The weather was crap so I wasnt able to, we just rode up to Jungfrau in the train. I also had the best brat ever at a little kiosk next to the train station. It is truly a beautiful place.     It's really no big deal if you just bundle up like you're going skiing. Worst that could happen is you encounter some hail or snow, that's about it. hmmm.. all the "bundling" makes my rig fit different, I dont like gloves cuz I cant feel my pud or toggles. Yea I have/will jump in the cold, but I wont make a habit of it.     Sweet! I think Ill be taking your place next year. I am planning on changing wings this winter, but only if I can stay current enough. I am currently and will continue to be under a non-x-braced canopy. I was able to be at two CPC comps this year, and have met lots of excellent swoopers. Im even lucky enough to have one at my DZ. I dont expect to set any records or wow too many people. I am excited to put what skills I have currently to use to more accurately gage my abilities, that is, after all, the only way Im going to find my weaknesses and better my swoop. man am I stoked about next year.
