My rig is STILL in the back of my truck after 2 weeks, all higgeldy-piggeldy...lines, fabric, sh*t everywhere. yikes! i would never leave my gear in my car! too many bad things can happen. eeek! Hey!     Ive been procrastinating. Hey who can blame me. We just moved into a new house Saturday and there are still boxes everywhere. Now tonight, we've got a little outing to a bar with some NorCal WHOORES, and tommorow AM im sposed to be on the road headed to Dublin. All I have done is some stuff in a pile. No food, No clothes and worst of all No Alcohol! Where in the hell am I gonna have time for all this? just wondering if anyone else was a slacker. I really dont have crap else to do at work today.

    If you have a smart tenant, they can stay in there for months. At least back home. like lawrocket said. cept it starts with certified letters (that can take 3-4 weeks) I dont miss having rental property. What a royal pain in the ass. The only way you can make any $$ at it is property appreciation. Then if you have a couple of bad tenants over a few years, that could eat up all of your profit. When i was a landlord, i always had in the back of my mind that if I had to evict anyone it would take about 2 months.     It appears as tho the concensus is that im a redneck rather than a hippie. I can accept this fact because I do like 4wd trucks, huntin, drinkin, my straw hat, and fire. But!
