I dont know that you could have asked a more broad question. Yahoo finance has lots of good advice, articles etc. As for brokers, investigate their fees, commissions, etc. As for stocks... theres a lot of them, look for companies that operate in areas you know and/or understand. Then you you might be better equipped to determine their stock's performance over the next 4-6 months. I am sure that there are others but right now I rate this one as THE one. Here is my story: Home from work. Got all my errands run. Changed into some comfy clothes and sat down on the couch to do a little video editing and watch some TV. Not much on, but hey... Charlie's Angles-Full Throttle. MMmmmm... chicks. Little did I realize that no matter hot those chicks may (or may not) be it was awful. Its special effects reminded me of that King solomons mine movie or maybe on a good day it might have been as good as the final action scenes in Indiana Jones-Temple of Doom. The plot? The was a point? It made my eyes bleed. Acting you ask? Surely a guy could put up with all that yapping to watch those women! Nay! I would have rather watched reruns of The Nanny than have to listen to their yammering anymore. I couldnt watch even HALF of that piece of crap. Sorry, but I had to vent. Anything over bone hurts more. Some of the shading in my latest piece hurt WAY more than any of the out line. It depends on the tool they are using and what the finished product is supposed to look like. Eg. solid color vs. shading. Good luck, and I cant wait to see!
