    Another pathectic movie. but at least their special effects were somewhat believeable. Admittidly it was full of poor acting and a super lame plot. I equate that C.A. flick to an independent film with a budget of about $3.50.     I think all Steven Segal movies are automatically in the running for "worst movie ever". Blues, Dave maybe, but they didnt have the total awful package like charlies angels. One of my many: I'd known Hottie for maybe a day and a half. I was borrowing my boss' truck when I forgot something at his apartment.
