    update! now I know some will be not happy with me, but I just couldnt work the times, and funds, and company stuff. I will be arriving in Fresno, CA Tuesday June 20 and headed down to Selma for at least a day. maybe leaving the 21st. Im not sure what city I'll be in the night of the 21st. then i've got some meetings at different locations on the 22nd and have to fly out that afternoon. So, if you live in the area, and you schedule jives with mine, give me a shout.     Im in on the Nebraska thing. and Arizona!     the only prob I got with that is sticking. I cook with gas, and even with my good cookware there will be about a 1/2" of rice stuck to the bottom. I had cleaning all that off later.     Like the others suggested. Dont do it unless your head is cleared. I had plenty of jumps with head colds and never had any major problems. Then a couple years ago I felt a 'pop' in my forhead on the canopy ride down. then there was the blood. the pressure couldnt get into my sinus cavity and it burst (actually technically imploded). the worst part is now when I sneeze It gives me a headache. I get two or three sinus infections a year when I used to get only one every year or two. it hurt a whole lot. get better. then skydive. it will be more fun.     You'd toot your own horn if you could too! Last monday nights dinner: chicken breast marinaded in fresh sundried tomato, rosmary & tyme BBQ pork spareribs homemade potato salad (my mums recipie) deviled eggs (hottie made them) seasoned and grilled corn on the cob 2 bottles of Unwooded chardonaay yummy. the 2 bottles was the most important part. on a side note my brother is a chef, and i hear theyre know to "sample" the wines to make sure they "correct" for the food prepared!     I wont be out till late on Sat. Ive got this work thing tommorow, and yea April will be there. Sounds like a plan Trav- Im not going into any "back" room with you around, youre a newlywed, and everyone knows that all newlyweds wanna do is hump. Canuck- weve got gates at both ends of our main landing area. unless traffic is an issue, I set up for them every time. Im wrestling with a few things: trying to slow down my rotation in my turn initially. Problem is: in a nice dive that builds a lot of speed eventually my canopy will plane out, Ive got no choice in the matter. I just do not have the strength to keep them down. this often results in verting the gate or missing it all together b/c I couldnt complete my turn. See some of you this weekend.

    Nope. Im Im cooking. Im drinking. Somtimes LOTS of both. My cooking is top notch too. Im not full of it here, ask around, I fed the DZ once when I wasnt drunk, but I had prepared all the ingredients in the days before and I was drunk then! it never fails to eat well at my house or the DZ.     actually if you wish to get technical.. it pronounced "yall" as on syllable. not y-all, or ya-ll. introducing the apostrophe only implies that the work is a contraction (being of "you all") and therefore would be corectly spelled "y'all", but thats to complicated for us southern gents and we'd prefer just to say yall! oh, and top 'o th morning to ya!

    And when I say plateau I'm referring to your learning curve. Seems like even though I am making 5-10 jumps a weekend, nearly every week. I am not gettting any better. I get pics of my swoops, video of my swoops (sometimes), and talk with the more advanced swoopers at my DZ weekly. I realize that all learning curves are not continously upward, but it feels like ive been here for a while, and its beginning to get frustrating. Anyone else?
