  1. That's your only answer to all rig questions. At least you're consistent. I disagree though. There are lots of good rigs. Some I like, some I don't. I personally choose the Infinity. My grammar sometimes resembles that of magnetic refrigerator poetry... Ghetto

  3. Bill Dause and Jesse Rodriguez bought out Stunts Adventure Equipment. I believe the Greg Nardi now owns part of it when he took over the dropzone in Marina California. jumpnjivin As for freefly and Eclipse, it's hard to say. Mine is positively freefly friendly. Some are exceptional rigs for freefly while others are not as tight. There were many design changes between about 1997 and 1999 so it really depends on which cut and which size. I suspect that a 170 will be going into a size "C" ? Depending on the year that was made, the C was a pretty tight rig. If it's the one in the classifieds, It's probably a "C". The picture should be taken on a person instead of lying on the floor. Its a good rig. It appears to be about a 1998 since the main cover flap and the reserve cover flap are wider than the models during end of production. You may still be able to get parts at Skydive Monterey Bay or from The Parachute Center in Lodi. My grammar sometimes resembles that of magnetic refrigerator poetry... Ghetto
  4. I've jumped mine after packing it in a regualar speed contest and a blindfolded speed contest. I came in second both times. First time by about 1 second. During the blindfolded packing contest I should have had 1st but NOOoo... I just had to repack the pilot chute (while still blind folded) Both worked fine. When I get home I'll weigh my chutes and rigs together and let you know. My chute is a Black Jack 240 and the other chute is a Black Jack 240. Those are assembled into Perigee Pros. That doesn't include the other 2 chutes I'm not using. One chute is an Intercepter 225 and the other chute is a Raven III. Both of those chutes have been used to some degree in a BASE environment. 11. I jump an infinity so the upper part of the leg pad is open. If it's sewn shut, a modification can be made to open it up. The keeper is above the tread through instead of below it the usual way. I tighten the leg straps, the make one forward fold in half with the excess leg strap. I pull it through the keeper above the thr(ead through and into the upper part of the leg pad. The free end does not get pulled through the keeper) It's really easy to do. It doesn't slip even with stainless hardware. (mine has stainless). I'll try and post pictures but my stuff is temporarily in storage. 17. Which Monarchs are you talking about? There are 2 versions. The first one sucked and was barely off the starting blocks when it was discontinued. The second version opened a LOT slower. I've jumped many of them without being even remotely slammed. My grammar sometimes resembles that of magnetic refrigerator poetry... Ghetto

  22. There has to be more to it than that. If you eat a huge Taco bell meal once or twice a day and then just take one table spoon twice a day of natural organic coconut oil, I doubt you'll get very far. A true good diet cures ailments all the time. Mostly because whatever you are doing to cause the ailment is no longer happening and your body is getting what it needs. I ate raw foods for a long time and all my allergies and asthma went away. All my joint pains I thought were part of just existing went away too. I'd still eat that way but I'm not very good at it. My diet is pretty good, though more fruits and vegatables would do wonders. The crummy stuff people put in their bodies day in and day out is the cause of disease. Disease seldom just happens for no reason. I've met several people that have been cured of many ailments just by changing their eating habits. A fitness trainer I met a few years ago has helped people with obesity, diabetes and who knows what else just by helping them change their diets and excersize habits. Individual, doses of whatever aren't bad, but without further change, it's pretty useless. My grammar sometimes resembles that of magnetic refrigerator poetry... Ghetto
  23. My new "Pie Slice Pilotchute" (Actual name: Toxic) is ready for pick up at Asylum. They're already being made on a limited basis, meaning, you can get one, but there's a long wait time. They're definately more labor intensive. It's an impressive design and built rather nicely. My grammar sometimes resembles that of magnetic refrigerator poetry... Ghetto
  24. Keep in mind that's the *strange* delay range. I've had no issues in that range personally but it's the range where off heading openings seem to be most prevalent. It's also a delay that doesn't allow for a lot of seperation from the object unless there's a tailwind. First jump back, I'd suggest going slider down. If there's no tailwind, consider waiting till there is one. Good luck! My grammar sometimes resembles that of magnetic refrigerator poetry... Ghetto
  25. It's the only slider I use on my Black Jacks no matter what the delay is. Don't bother swapping it out with the large mesh. Good luck. My grammar sometimes resembles that of magnetic refrigerator poetry... Ghetto
