    cheese curds

They are a cheesy snack like chips or something... so I'm told. Not actual cheese. Dang your post just made me hungry. Never heard of a cheese curd snack but in Wisconsin cheese curds are what I described above. Sometimes you can order them at bars and they bread and deep fry 'em. Served w/ marinara. cheese curds

You know the trays you can buy that have cut up beef sticks and, usually, chedder and pepper jack cheese cubes? Well cheese curds are like odd shaped chedder cheese cubes and are delicous. --"Someday you will die and somehow somethings going to steal your carbon" -MM

    XBOX 360

I think the Wii is a gimmick (owned one on launch day and sold it for a HT subwoofer) and the PS3 is a piece of A/V equipment that plays some good games. If I was a kid the ps3 would bore me to death but using it to watch bluray discs in 1080P and hear bluray discs in 5.1 LPCM makes it worth the price tag. Warhawk is fun too. --"Someday you will die and somehow somethings going to steal your carbon" -MM

  13. But the commercial said it'd be soooo easy! Your dip sounds good though, maybe add some Dave's Insanity Sauce for some heat. --"Someday you will die and somehow somethings going to steal your carbon" -MM
  14. I have many friends that live in Logan Square which seems very nice. I lived in Roscoe Village for a year and loved it. Roscoe Village is 1 1/2 miles west of Wrigley Field. --"Someday you will die and somehow somethings going to steal your carbon" -MM
  15. it was an included recipe and I tried it at work. Chop up cheese and a jalapeno and melt it in the handy blender cup. The cheese bubbled up through the little steam holes on the lid and made a mess. Normally a jar from the store is good enough for me --"Someday you will die and somehow somethings going to steal your carbon" -MM

    XBOX 360

I don't own a 360 but my brother is on his 3rd, a coworker is on his 3rd and two other coworkers are on their 2nd. None of them are Elites but that's a lot of broken xboxes IMO. Edit: Order an HDMI cable online and pay around $12 shipped. Buying them in a store is a complete rip. 21. Hey guys, Some people from work and I play a daily trivia game that's pretty fun so if you'd like to be invited PM me your email address. The question topics rotate and aren't too hard. Also, there is a bulliten board where a lot of smack is talked so if you're easily offended you might not want to join. A new tourney is starting tomorrow! --"Someday you will die and somehow somethings going to steal your carbon" -MM

  23. Hello We picked up Chopper today at 5pm after a somewhat sad goodbye from their owners and he jumped right in my back seat and laid down which was good. No nervousness or whining, or puking lol. Our first stop before home was the petstore to exchange his new bad ass studded collar for a smaller bad ass studded collar. I cringed when I heard the "Back away" from worried mother to her kid. It makes me sad this breed has such a terrible reputation, I'm really worried about my townhouse association raising hell even though there is a pitbull down the street. (which has a worse reputation and is more in the news around here) The trip to the pet store was uneventful so we headed home to meet up with some friends, my parents and in-laws. The impression Chopper made on them was amazing, he nailed sit, down, and paw like a champ. I think this goofball was showing off a little. Time to bring him in to meet little 7lbs Sydney (again). Instant friends. Both of their little nubs never stopped wiggling as the sniffed and jumped around like idiots. And when it was time to wind down and watch some Twin Peaks (my wife and her friend are watching all 29 or whatever episodes on DVD every Tuesday) Chopper laid there quietly and chewed his shiny new bone w/ bacon flavored filling and wrestled Sydney a bit more. Bed time came with some anxiety as he is used to sleeping in his previous owners bed and my wife isn't having that. We first started with just a round dog bed in the corner of our room and he was too busy being goofy and running through our place that I had to bring his crate inside and set that up. After some luring with treats he was "locked up" and laid down. He started barking a bit and that turned into a whiney growl which I think he was sharing his displeasure with being in the crate. This only lasted about ten minutes. All in all I think he's adjusting great and will be really happy at our home. I located a dog park that he'll be signed up with so he can run off leash and cause trouble. Thank you all for the nice comments, dobermans are intimidating animals to look at when their ears are cropped and they stand tall but this guy is so sweet it should put any prejudice to rest once anyone meets the Chopper.
  24. He already knows sit and come but I plan on working with him. We can't have a dog of this size running the house plus, a lot of people are afraid of Dobermans and similar breeds (German Shepheards, pits, rottys etc..) 25. Today we get to pick up Chopper from a friend of a friend becase they can no longer can keep him. 1yr 2mo old Doberman Pinscher with an awesome disposition. He's fixed and up to date on his shots and needless to say my wife and I are really excited. Plus our silky, Sydney will have a buddy. --"Someday you will die and somehow somethings going to steal your carbon" -MM
