Blackbelt in Uechi Ryu Karate. Studied it in the dojo for 4 1/2 years. Taught or helped teach kids class as well during 4 of those years. Competed in 1 tournament. Took 1st in forms and 2nd in sparring in the state. No longer practice in a dojo but continue practicing at home. I'm point for my team. On the meeker exit, no matter how hard I'm holding onto the grip and presenting myself to the relative wind, I seem to keep losing my grip. Any suggestions?
