Didn't vote as the poll didn't really say my limit. I won't jump in winds over 15. I've jumped in higher winds once and remembered when I was under canopy the old saying... It's better to be down on the ground wishing you were in the air than in the air wishing you were on the ground. Learned my lesson. Sky Knights has a fee, but that is because it's a club and your fee is a membership fee. The fees go directly towards keeping the club in business so that people can enjoy jumping. You, also, see what the money goes towards as new improvements are made to the place. They only charge the fee to those people that are interested in getting a membership and ask to become members. Yeah...I'm including Friday in the weekend. : 7 : 1 JmpnKramer and I made the sunset load on Friday. It was a lady's 100th, and I became a Muff Brother (# 3411). Saturday, we got in 6 jumps - 7 way, 9 way, 2 - 10 ways, 15 way, and a sunset 2 plane formation - 34 way! The 34 way was a lady's 2000th jump, and a guy's 1000th jump as well as my FIRST 34 way. I gladly paid my beer! I don't think I've stopped smiling from having been on the formation. Needless to say, I'm going to get a pic of the formation from Tony H. and get a copy of the video. This was a perfect end to a day of skydiving. And today....after getting the "normal" household stuff taken care of, I get to spend 15 minutes in the tunnel. : 4 : 0 I know...I know....I just have a bad habit of wanting to make sure the jump is as fun for those of advanced jump numbers as it is fun for me....and of trying to be perfect at the jump. But...I did relax the last 2 jumps and they did go better. I'm sooooooo looking forward to doing tunnel time with Sally. I can not wait!!! The first 10 minutes I did in the tunnel rocked. Now....more tunnel time....with Sally? SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!! I'm definitely loving Florida and ZHills. And here I am thinking it's funny watching Floridian's say that 86+ degree weather is cool! I know you and others say that next year I'll be saying the same thing, but yesh!!! I had sweat pouring off me. Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! hmmm....traveling with an S.O. I think I can chime in on this. I spent 60 hours in a rental truck with JmpnKramer moving from California to Florida. 1. Well...duh! Always pack 1 more days worth of clothes than you think you'll need when traveling. 2. Hmmmm...actually, no. He was always willing to pull over when I needed to use the restroom. Although...you could always ask him about the Gatorade bottle and the long bridge in Louisiana. 3. Never fell asleep at the wheel. Was conscious of the fact that I was in the vehicle and didn't want anything to happen to me. 4. Had the CD player and CD's. Never used them. Was well entertained by JmpnKramer. And...well....stops on the side of the road can be interesting. 5. Conversation flowed. Never had an issue with saying something we shouldn't. We're completely open and honest with each other with nothing to hide. Makes it a lot easier. 6. ROFLMAO!!! I couldn't get him to eat sushi if his life depended on it. 7. Never needed. 8. Didn't bring makeup. Didn't shower for the whole 60 hours. Started my monthly curse. Had the change of clothes. Got a very bad cold when driving - and he still said I looked pretty. No water - just gatorade and a ton of junk food - salty and chocolate. 9. I'll always be willing to travel with him. Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Went to Perris to jump for the day. When getting signed in, they check your log book. The lady that checked myself and JmpnKramer in did not know that once you had a D license, you did not have to have the jumps signed and kept insisting that they had to be signed. Needs to be brought up to speed with USPA requirements for D license holders.

203 jumps now. 2 reserve rides. First reserve ride was jump # 36 - line twists and I was at my decision altitude so I cut away. If I had had more experience at the time, I probably could have fixed it, but being so new to the sport, I wasn't taking a chance. Second reserve ride was jump # 91 - severe line twists to where my head was pinned down looking at my feet. Decision altitude came - hard cut-a-way - but ended up with a beautiful reserve.
