Nooo, I think that they should, and recive the same amount of training that law enforcement, if they want it (and get paid to do so) And do you really think all the wild west gun shoot out would happen? Do pawn shops really buy skydiving gear? I would think that it's too specialized of an item, plus the people at the pawn shops wouldn't have a clue what they were looking at or how much it is worth..
