So you have a few miscues-so what. Marriage is a lot more than dinner and laundry. My wife has turned my socks and underwear pink a time or two, big deal. If I had done the laundry that time it would have been my fault, not hers. Chances are that he feels really bad about boneheaded things that he does and you don't even notice them. Likewise, your minor flubs are probably not issues for him. When stuff like this happens, laugh about it.
