What's really happened now, is that now we have a bidding war to get thost couple of votes needed to swing the 60 count. Seriously, I hope the cancellation of the super-majority will just give all the Senators the balls to vote per their constituency. Now that they don't have a strangle hold, it might be less pressure to divide up on party lines and follow the orders of the party leadership - currently happening.
