Well, i guess the world is really upside down this year. I live near Quebec city, and, at this time of year, we usually have at least a foot of permanent snow on the ground. This year, we have none, and the temperature is way above normal. On tuesday of this week, it rained like i've rarely seen before, with rivers overflowing everywhere. The weather forecast for next week says the temperature will continue to be above normal. I guess the DZ's in Quebec have closed too early this year. Yves.

Brother, you have no idea.... The DZO and I personally took his rig off the student rack, double checked everything and repacked it like it was a reserve. We were hand-ironing the folds, he was double checking the line order... We spent two hours making sure we'd gone over everything with a fine tooth comb before he even showed up. I think it was more stressful on us, than him. Dude, this means only one thing: You care! Yves.

Well obviously, you had a funny day. Congratulations! you've had a hell of a student. Many young students don't react the way this 90 year old student did. Your post was definitely worth reading!

Like Brian said, I usually give 3 chances to a dealer to prove me i've made a good choice. After that, if i'm still unsatisfied, i'm done with this dealer, and never will order from them again. So far i've never been disappointed by any skydiving equipment dealer. I've dealt with Para-Gear (helmet and lots of inexpensive skydiving stuff) , Ed Cummings (my brand new Sabre2 canopy), Karen Dean of SSK (my previous Cypres 1 ), Mario Richard of Atmosphair ( my brand new Vortex II container and Decelerator reserve canopy), Mads Larsen of Larsen & Brusgaard (Pro-Track). I would deal with these anytime. Yves.

The thread that made me laugh out loud today was the thread about belly button lint. Yves.
