Though I don't think I'm a lame ass. I do it on occasion, usually to one or two people in the bar (need not be female) that look down, lonely, depressed, pissed off, ect. No, I do not introduce myself. In fact, I usually stay just long enough to see a small smile and then I'm gone. Why would I do that? Well, as Alana says, those married guys hitting on her are scumsuckers. I'm just being a nice guy, which is really what I'm all about. Well, we've had a computer here literally since before my youngest was born, so he actually grew up with one. He'll be 5 in January, and can safely (for him and the computer) change out a blown network card. Even worse? He knows how to diagnose quite a few hardware problems. I figure, with my help, he'll have his first server built in 2 or 3 years. THe 13 year old lived with his mother until January of this year. She has had a computer since he was 4 or 5, but he was not even allowed to touch one until he moved here. Talk about holding your kid back! Top it all off, he's Mensa level. Computer knowledge would have been a nice addition over the years, but it's like I'm trying to teach a preschooler in a 13 year old body. It's your life, live it! It's me. I drove him away. I was gonna be there, then I couldn't, so i left him hanging. I'll try and coordinate the next trip with Michael, so he can have a good time. Heck, I've only jumped there over one weekend, and if I hadn't known Sunshine, I probably wouldn't have jumped. Well, I was asked to volunteer to help out at my youngest son's school for an hour a week on Mondays. Call me Mr. Manny, computer teacher. That's cool, since I'm teaching preschoolers. Holy crap! I wouldn't have been able to sit down for a month after the woop'n I would have recieved if I would have said that when I was growing up! I don't think I could say that now for something as stupid as walking on a lawn... Welcome to the politically correct, we can't correct our kids for fear of going to jail 00's.
