Exactly my thought Mama. I've never heard of this before either. Could you imagine the WFFC ticket sales window if everyone was buying one at a time? It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1

Bummer, that means you're too old for me. Nope. Just maybe a little too experienced for ya. Now if you decided to stay in your own age range.... Sometimes just finding a freind is good enough for me.
-
Damn I'm out of your age range. Apparently I'm no longer useful. I think I'll go eat worms. Woo Hoo, Fockers!!! I fit that age range! Now, for the answer, chicks don't freaking care what you do. Some might think it's cool, some might think you're nutz. Big, fat, freakin, hairy deal. Chicks either dig or do not dig YOU. It's all about you, to them. Be an asshole, and most chicks will boot your ass out the door, while a few will grovel at your feet. Be (one of) the nicest guys on earth and some chicks will throw themselves at you (not), some will wonder why you are not a prick, and the vast majority will just be a good friend. The hard part is finding that one in the friend category that's worth trying to take to the next level. Good luck dude. By the way, if you were serious about the dig it crap, good luck, and I hope you like lonely nights. It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1

The way you described the knocks on the firewall, it sounds like someone on the outside trying to check on the inside. That service keeps tabs on user logins. Like Ivan said, make sure sharing is off (unless you connect remotely to work). If this is not connecting to work (ie: it's just your home computer) deny access quite a few times. If it doesn't hurt anything, deny and remember (or whatever the setting is.) If you actually need to grant access in the future, you can easy go back into the firewall and give access back. My general rule of thumb is if I'm not using a program directly and the computer will run without it getting net access, I disable access for it, until I need it. It's your life, live it! isass.exe does not exist. See LSASS.EXE. Windows NT4/2000/XP only. LSASS is the Local Security Authentication Server. It verifies the validity of user logons to your PC/Server (in technical jargon : it generates the process that is responsible for authenticating users for the Winlogon service). This I can understabd running, but I've never noticed it connecting remotely. Are you on a work network? It's your life, live it! As long as i don't ditch you for some young hot tandem student!! But that would never happen. Naw. That would never happen again. Well, I've always got the back seat of the Stratus, but damn, that gets uncomfortable. It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1

Bwahahaha! Awsome! In Wisconsin, that cop would probably get harrasment charges. Glad you kept your head and stayed cool. Nice ride too! How many jumps did that set ya back? It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1

Ditto on the congrats! Yes, get it sent in, even if just the "C". At the end of the month, not only do the jump number requirements change, but so do the qualifications and privledges. Basically, if you needed a "D" to do it before (Nationals, open field Demo's, ect) you now will only need a "C". All of the "D" requirements will move to the "C" also, except for the night jumps. Basically, if you want a "D", do the night jumps, but you need not do them to compete anymore. It kinda threw me that the beach jumps at the Bytch Boogie will require a "D", after the new rules start, since the landing area requirements of the "D" will then be on the "C". Basically, if you qualify for the "C", send it in! Then in a few hundered jumps, if you want the "D" and have done the night jumps, it's just a signature away. Hope that helps! Bwahahaha! I was trying to figure out why none of my post reply messages were being delivered to my mailbox for this thread. BWAHAHAHA! Filters work. My filters see "Opportunity" in the message body and sent it straight to the deleted items folder. Sorry, too funny to me, and had to share. I'd refresh, see replies, and try and figure out why I didn't get any notification! LOL It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1

"You" have a "job". "I" do not. For this reason, my plan is much better, as it allows people to actually have an income, while making sure I still have one too! You do have a point. I didn't say we couldn't handle it though. If you can't handle it, well, yes, there's a problem. I also know people with thousands of jumps and no reserve rides. If they want to do it, let them. But that's where it ends, with the exception the Tandem I's I don't think they are required. Well, you know what I mean. A cutaway, intentional or not, I thikn is required for the TM rating. It's not required of anything else, so why force it. Practice at least yearly in the hanging harness. Pull your handles at repack time. KNow your gear, and HAVE FUN! It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1

Bingo! We have a winner! "Rod, what wonderful prize do we have for our winning contestant tonight?" "Well, Bob, tonight we have an all expense paid trip to the kitchen to grab a nice glass of wine, followed by a wonderfully relaxing trip to the bathroom for a nice, long soak in a tepid bubble bath, followed by an hour long massage from a semi-professional masseuse!" That's right. Every jump is extraordinary. Maybe not to us, but to someone, somewhere, that won't even get on a plane it sure is! It's your life, live it! Hehehe, grinning All the multi level, make cash quick programs, and the one I gave has the best odds of actually paying the bills. It was tongue in cheek people. No worries darlin. I'll be qualified for it by then, but I sure ain't ready for it. Sounds like fun, but, nah, I'll wait. I've had 2 reserve rides already, and don't really want #3 to be on purpose. It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1
