ooohh...yeck...long island iced teas for me...for some reason, everytime! they get me...you would think that I would have learned by now,...anything w/tequila in it makes me feel like someone whacked me in the back of the head with a 2 x 4 the next morning...

I was just listening to the radio and the dj was reading the forecast. He said sunday will be partly sunny (woo hoo!!!) and monday will be partly cloudy...well, what's the difference? I mean, isn't it sort of like "is the glass half empty, or half full?" ??? Anyway, it is miserable rain here tonight. Not good rain, good rain is when we get the "big sloppy raindrops" as I call them. This is just a miserable rain...seems to be the mood going around too. It is kind of a down night. Maybe it is just because tonight is my ex's birthday, and this is the first time in 7 years I have not been there for it...(is that beer?) Speaking of beer, thank you, Skymama, for mentioning Woodchuck cider...(or something like it)...when I passed it in the aisle tonight I couldn't resist....yum yum! (Is it sad that the boy who sells me my coffee in the a.m. at a diff. place sold me my beer tonight?) cheers~ how much wood could a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood?

I understand the clingy thing...and whole heartedly agree on that one...I agree on the pull back approach as well. Also, I agree with the no further phone call she will get the hint thing, then if not politely tell her you're not interested...my situation was a great date, "lets do another"...set that up...never heard from him. let it go, called a bit later..."what happened?" 'been so busy', ya ya ya...I'll call you we can do something...time passed...and here and there calls, always ending with "i'll call you" or "you know where to find me",...but nothing!!! what's up with that!!! I am so scared of ever seeming climgy or needy that I actually go out of my way to not be...and that can be bad too!!!

what about a fruity beer? in the western states you can find a fat tire, which is a very good beer. my home dz swears by heineken and will drink nothing but...i like heineken but rolling rock is nice if you want to drink a lot of it, if it is really really cold...but i've noticed since i have been drinking beer it tends to make me fat ...(and makes boys fart...ew!)

ooohh...the c-6...nice, very nice...I am a foreign car girl, but I must say one thing...I had the chance to drive a 2001 vette this summer (looooooong story...oog...) and they are really, really smooth...nice nice...I didn't even realize it, I was driving it like I would drive my acura, I looked at the spedometer and I was doing 114, 85 around a curve..(w/out even being intentional)! It was amazing, such a fun car to drive!

we girls on this end want the male point of view on this subject... why do guys blow off girls? Some guys just resort to this tactic and leave girls wondering what happened...true sometimes there are extenuating circumstances, i.e. she is a psycho and lit your house on fire...but other than that...??? I know a lot of guys that feel this is just plain nasty and would never do it... just a topic we gals are contemplating tonight
