yeah its been a year since I read it.I guess maybe I should pick that to read ont he plane. ok heres the important stuff I left out: -towel -camera batteries -flashlight -sunscreen (I dont burn but I'll pack it anyway) what else? Earplugs. For the skyvan, and possibly for noisy neighbors at night. for me. necklace to keep my car key on. Sending your keys to Canada isn't good times. Though, pizza at mooses on Monday is. lost keysel- C'mon Lost Keysel ... you LOVED Monday at Mooses! Hope you're putting it into your actual PLANS for this year! Luv ya and see ya soon!

You WILL burn in LP. The sun is INTENSE! Trust me on this. I don't normally burn but I have ended up with a WICKED sunburn in LP. Sunscreen is your friend. Don't forget to reapply. Oh, and on your way through Kalispell, stop and get a floaty toy for the lake. You'll need it!

Growing veggies and herbs, yes. Growing cows and the like, no. I pot my tomato plants as early as I can to get them a head start before I put them in the garden. My deck is covered so there's little chance of frost on them in the late spring/early summer. I have kept them in pots throughout the summer as well and they have really done well. Tried potting a cucumber plant last year. It did okay but not great. Have fun with your garden! I love mine! I always grow herbs in pots on my deck as well (cilantro, dill, fennel, coriander, chives) and they'd probably do really well in hanging baskets or in a planter on your railing. 'Shell

Thanks! She's been a hilarious addition to the house. Herc is SOOOO tired right now. So is she. She's sleeping at my feet right now. Pooped right out. It's been good for both of them.

NOOOOOO!!! I hope you find him. Did he have his tags on? Or a tattoo or microchip? That's one of the reasons I don't leave the dogs in the yard when I'm not at home. Herc "probably" wouldn't have jumped it but you never know. Bug is a goat and jumps like you wouldn't believe. I err on the side of caution and take them with me. I really hope you find your little guy. Keep me posted! Happy thoughts to you.
