  1. (Voic from Silence of the Lambs) It takes the left side of the brain and rubs it on the right side of the brain -(TV newscaster voice) thus creating friction, electromagnetic waves in brain that induce thought. Analysis helps understanding. Not everything must be simple - makes sense now? jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275

  3. All right man, let us have the whole thing as an attachment. I will then be able to see what he might have meant. The remark itself is very innapropriate. Let us see the paper first. jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275

    Yemen questions

I know nothing of reilgion. I am just astonished by your argumentation, but to each his own. I think killing people for the sake of increasing our prosperity and living area is a neccessity. The United States is becoming overpopulated and needs more energy sources. We have enough tanks and jet fighters to take what we want. Countries like Iraq should be colinized. Non complacent locals should be detained in labor camps and render services to the US industry. Resisting locals should be eradicated. Civilians should be treated as combatants. If agression takes place against a US citizen, civilian hostages should be taken. A number of at least 10 local civilians should be executed for every American live taken. We have the means to do it. There should be no sentiment. The US Armed Forces should treat all locals as potential resiting individuals. In war trial by jury is not neccessary. Summary execution for acts of agression against the US is fully natural. The US Armed Forces should create appropriate living space and conditions for US citizens to go and populate these territories. This newly acquired living space should become the energy and raw material provider for the United States. Education of locals should be kept to a minimum. They need just basic reading and writing skills. They are to be tought complacency towards their US supervisors. Resistance should be summarily punished. Special Reaction groups should be created to pacify towna and villages supporting any resistance fighters. It is advisible to use the criminal element from US prisons to staff these Special Reaction Groups. This way we give our criminals a way of returning to society and perhaps becoming the backbone of the collonizing community. jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275

    Your Heritage?

Admitt it Travis you are 100% Native American like myself. What's your tribal name - Little Bull Nipplerings? jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  8. It was not I who brought up the financing. I just responded. However I do agree with you that parental responsibility is manifested by encouraging your offspring to get an education jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  9. Having house payments is better than having house payments and college payments at the same time. It is just simple adding - would you preffer to be $150,000 in debt or $200,000. Do you want to see your childrem buying the bank a marble floor? jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  10. Interesting approach. Different example - after having my college paid for by my parents I never financed a car. Always paid cash. I earned the money myself. Since I was in high school I had to buy all my own clothing. I worked all through University to support my wants and desires. I am most grateful to have received the present of education - a great gift of choice. I now can and do run cross country, but I also have a Land Rover if I desire to off road a bit, and the car is fully paid for jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  11. Sorry Bill, I disagree. You are comparing apples with pears. The question to answer is did the runner have a choice to drive, but run to enhance his well being, or did he have to run because there is no way he could get an SUV jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  12. It would be a grave mistake to generalize, but don't you know prople who just let their kids live without giving them the essential and strategic advice as to what to do with their future? jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275

  14. You seem to suggest that higher aducation is a function of finance. I believe it is about learning. My parents did finance my education and I am gratefull. Do I feel worse than the next guy who graduates with over $100,000 in college debt? No, I feel better ans I don't have to bear that burden. Being in debt does not make you wiser or nobler - it makes you poorer. I am far from interveening in the way you bring up your children, but since you would be proud if your son graduated, what have you done to encourage him to do so? Have you given him the choice, or does he have to find out about it the hard way? jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  15. The discussion is not about oppulence or poverty. It is about taking responsibility for the life you have given (big words) and providing choices to those you have brought to this world. I believe that by not giving their kids a shot at education people are acting irresponsibly. jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  16. I have a few friends who were there. A lot of educated young people gave their life for their freedom and country. I suppose that was exercising a choice too. jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  17. Anti-commusist uprsing in Budapest in 1956. Pretty bloody matter. Yuriy Andropov, who later became Chairman of KGB and for a brief moment the Secretary General of the CPSU (Communist Party of the Soviet Union) was the Soviet ambassador and chief pacyfier of Hungary. He had a pretty good education though jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275

    Yemen questions

I think if SpecOps were conducted in Canada htey would probably be under Canadian supervision. I also imagine that the Canadian government would preffer that it be done by American hands than Canadian, even though on Canadian soil. There are political reasons for that. Canada is also a different story as it is a NATO member, once again the political implications make it easier. The car was bombed is a desert, a secluded area. Should the issue happen in a Canadian urban area I am sure more subtle and already mentined means like a .22 or kidnaping and strangulation would be taken into consideration. jraf Me Jungleman! 19. Which is to say that you have explored your choices and decided you are better of with an education than without. And it is obvious that your parents did encourage you to get that education. Hence, they have felt responsibility for your future jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  20. Giving your kids a shot is the important issue. True that they will make their own decisions. But the support parents give is fundamental. The drive that parents inspire in their children is most important. Indifference can kill a personality jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  21. Clay, the Mercedes dealership bad example. The house is much better - a chace to buy or not buy a house is quite important (top of Massliff's human needs ladder - Basic needs -Food and Shelter) By the way I dislike Mercs. If I want to ride one I will go to Germany and take a Cab jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  22. Deuce - I am arrogant, but far from the idea of stating that financially challenged people should not have kids. It's their readyness to give them a future I am asking about. Narcimund - Yes my Father paid for my education in full. It was far from a party. Both undergrad and grad school I had to study hard and gain knowledge. I did not get a car from my parents, I did not get a down payment on a house. I got an education. Should you not crave that your children achieve more in life than you did? Should you not hope that they creatively contribute to society? Having children and then saying: go, prove yourself, you are on your own, whatever you achieve will be your achievement - That is cruelty. jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  23. Muenkel I am NOT mocking people who live in trailer parks. I have great friends who live there. They have not been given a chice, they are stuggling and I wish they were not. jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  24. Wendy I am far from treating people who lack formal education any worse. On the contrary, A lot of my great friends don't have anything but a high school diploma. They are great people, and I hate to see them stuck in a trailer park, struggling to make ends meet. It is the trailer park syndrom, are you willing to take the risk of sentencing your children to the trailer park? jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
  25. Clay, the situation you described with your Father and sister is historically different. It used to be that you could have a successful career without formal education. But since the beginning of the '80 it became obvious that it will be harder and harder without. Again what you say does confirm my point. Both you and your sister were given the CHOICE. It's like going to a Mercedes dealership and looking at cars. Some people love them but know thwy will never be able to afford them. And some people have the choice of saying - OK, I'll go work for a year or two and maybe even pay cash for it. jraf Me Jungleman! Me have large Babalui. Muff #3275
