Well the Dude we rosted over the fireplace at ZHills on Saturday night was trying to run away, but TK shot him. Yeah, that was to get youe attention. I have achieved perfection. Cullinary that is. Ass you all know I am perfect all around anyway. Food I made, and let anybody tell me it is not mouthwatering 1. Bought a rack of lamb yesterday 2. diced garlic 3. diced fresh cranberries 4. put garlic and cranberries in a stone dish and added loads of basil 5. poured 3/4 of nice french bordeaux (and I mean nice, you grogans!) 6. put the rack of lamb in the dish, covered it and let it baste overnight 7. today I let the grill heat up (no gas grill shit - real Jack Daniels barrel wood) 8. I put two small potatoes and two garlic cloves in tin foil and let them bake 9. I started prepairing saffron rice and steamed asparagus 10. I put the lamb on the grill 11. I poured the basting (garlic+basil+cranberries+vino) into a pan and let it simmer 12. when all was ready put the lamb on the plate and pured the basting over, then added the baked potatoes and garlic the steamed asparagus sprinkled with lemon juice, the saffron rice and ate it all with gusto splashing it down with a magic Chianti I discovered lately.
