Yeah, I spent the summer with no money (less than usual!), and no weekends free for jumping, so I had no continuity A quick refresher on emergency drills and the nerves pretty much disappeared (specially when I looked out the window at 5K and remembered why I'd started skydiving in the first place!) Now it's winter and another long layoff lies ahead... -
Insects. Especially ones with long skinny legs... Urgh.... (shudder)

I really should be doing one of my essays that are due soon. I came to the computer room with real intention to do some work... then I logged on to dropzone.com, and my motivation has since wained. Anyone else in a similar situation?

I'm 20, and it looks like I'm one of the few people on here who has less jumps than years... -
I heard about the Kittinger jump (this is the one in the 60s frmo the edge of space, right?) I didn't know he got to mach 1 though, and I'm interested to know why it wasn't technically freefall... (Not being funny, I just don't understand...)

Langar is 4 hours from Aberystwyth, if the traffics good. We could go to Tilstock (a mere 2 and a half hours), but they're not open sundays...

They were advertising this in the uk Mag, so I'd hope it was reputable. No guarantee though, but from the website it looks like something good to do for a year. Maybe after I'm done at uni...
