    I definitely think the guy has talent as an illusionist, and yes his stunts would be pretty difficult (or impossible without the proper training), but for me that can never change the fact that he's a media whore, trying to sell himself for as much publicity as he can get. It was amazing to see how people were just trying to piss him off while he was up there. I think they should have left him alone, he wasn't harming the people who were driving golf balls at him off of tower bridge, or the guy with a cheeseburger and a rc helicopter (but on the other hand, it was kinda funny) Has anyone seen the pics of his release? In one he looks kinda like Osama Bin Laden! (I'll look for a link)

    There was a really poignant poem I read, its about death, but it's not morbid. It brought a tear to my eye the first time I read it, and it makes the concept of our mortality that little bit easier to bear.

    I was recommended www.para-service.com they do good deals on Wings in particular. (I'm saving up for one of their deals they got on complete custom rigs, works out a helluvalot cheaper than it would be in the UK!)

    Yeah, I dreamt of a BASE jump once, just after I started skydiving (I have never BASE jumped in my life!). It was from a cliff, me and two other gyus jumped, one of the other guys opened fine, but neither myself or the other jumper opened for some reason. I was fine, but he died. It really didn't make a lot of sense... I've never seen myslef die in a dream (at least that I can remember). I always seem to wake up just as I'm about to die, scared s**tless, or just miraculously survive. I hope theres not some psychologist out there reading these!

    Same thing happened to me on my level 4 (PC came under the front of the canopy), again on a nav (mine was a 220 cos I'm a stick insect!). I'm still a newbie, but I've heard that the quality of the pack job can make a difference with respects to hard openings. When it opened I did get quite a shock! It wasn't too bad though, seeing the bruises some other people got from theirs Blue ones
