    I couldn't agree more. Just add some credibility to what you have to offer by putting a name and experience to it. If you think it will do no good, as it usually doesn't here, why post it at all? It's just a waste of your time ya know? I understand where you are coming from bud, I have a friend that just went from a xfire119 to a vx94 with around 600+ jumps. He KNOWS that its too quick, but bought it anyways cause the price was right. On top of it, hes playing around with rears on his apporoaches now. Yeah, it pisses me off too dude....

    Well, some peoples have needed the plug to be pushed to the side to make contact, some have broken off the plug inside the camera. Mine, I do it right......I broke the port itself so you have to open up the camera and replace/repair the socket. Yeahhhhhh...

    So after searching the threads for how to fix, I came up with nothing other than to send it in to Sony. Has ANYONE fixed a broken lanc port on the PC series cameras?

    Damn, a whole shiteload of people showed up for this one. The Otter got stuck at Longmont for 1/2 a day, so AZ's king air showed up. There were so many jumpers on Sat that we used both planes. Sure glad I has insurance on the rental....fuckin freefli....

    Certainly you must be kidding, you couldn't fix a hangnail. Whaaaaaaaaa........... I was forced to get a rental, and I WILL make this one go faster with surgical tubing and whipped cream canisters. Definitely going to utilize the automatic insurance that my credit card gives me.....

    Please eloborate on this. I have heard this before, but not been explained well enough. If I remember correctly, this increased the dangers of high speed stalls. I really dont see enough information on this topic, rears and its dangers that is.

    Hey Moab bound peeps. Myself and TJ need a ride from SLC to the boogie. It seems that there are no 1 way rentals from SLC to Moab, and the cars that are left are the higher end expensive styles. Compensation for a seat is a given here. 3 days left!!!!!

    Clint, I called every rental car company in the book, and none offer one way rentals. In fact most don't even have a office in Moab. Unless we, (jumpers that is) can get together and all pay a portion of a 3-4 day rental, its the shuttle. Brad

    I am coming in to SLC at noon as well. Lets all get a ride and caravan. Clint, is there a place for rental dropoffs in Moab? Edit: Oops, I read SLC, not Denver. Oh well, TJ can still hook up with me and anyone else that needs a ride from SLC on Thursday at noon. If we all chip in a couple bucks...we can save some cash and beat the crap out of a rental car to boot!

    I will be flying in on Thursday at noon. I havent figured out my transportation to Moab, but I can either rent a car or take the shuttle. I'll be drunk and at the DZ at 6 if I have to take the shuttle. 4pm if I rent a car. See ya there Salamander.

    I sold anything that I didnt use for at least 1 year to buy my rig and AFF course. Guns, scuba gear, a boat, dive computer, and whole list of odds and ends. Actually it was a great thing in the end. It simplified my life by eliminating things I didn't need.

    End goal is home and DZ year end video for sales editing. Either way, I am the kind of guy that likes the best I can get my hands on, even I cant use it to its full potential. If I need it, at least its there.

    Ok, so whats the deal with Sony touting that it is the equivalent to a 3 CCD chip? The people that have the 330 or the newer 350 say that the video is much better than lets say, the 120. Basically what I am trying to decide if I should go with the 330 or a VX style camera. Is the resolution worth the massive differnce is cash? Also would have to get a new helmet for the VX. Anyone here fly any of the VX's?

    Ok, so I thought that the new Sony 330 was a 3CCD video capture, but I cant find that written anywhere. Now I cant even find the damn thing for sale. It has been replaced with the pc-350 that states that it has 1/3" 3310K Pixel Advanced HAD™ CCD resolution. Ok, what the hell does that mean people. Yeah, I understand that it has a 1/3 CCD chip, but how does it render to 3CCD resolution...??!?!?! Is this just a processing gimmick that isnt worth the money? As in, only can see the difference on an ossiciliscope? Sp? Finally, how does this differ from lets say, a VX-2100?

    I bought this little baby a couple years back.....they kick ass. Not only are they ridiculiously fast, but they brown, roast, crisp....damn near everything. I can cook a salmon steak in this thing in about 6 minutes and it tastes amazing. I also got it for about 600 bucks, brand new.     As you can see here, and most other threads, Kurupee suit Co. for the most part sucks. Yeah, they fix what the do wrong, but even if it is free, why would you want to give a company money for a suit that is inferior quality, just so you can save a couple bucks? It seems that they are an equal opportunity employer as they have colorblind, and mentally challenged people making these suits. I would say that thier days are numbered, but the "value" factor for these guys will keep them in business. If they keep raising thier prices.......it will only be a matter of time unless they get their act together. As for me, I am designing my O suit right now. I tend to purchase the best, and only do it once. In the business of skydiving, I dont undestand why anyone would buy product of inferior design. Anything can get us out there, even the clothes we wear. Just my opinion guys......

    For the money....... O suits are expensive for a reason.....they are the best, strongest, nicest suits on the market. Hold up a Kurupee next to an O, or most other suits out there, you will see why they are so cheap.

    Brett, All I can say is that I felt honored to be a part of the jumps that I was on with your team. That weekend was one of my highlights to my career as we did attemps at the Oregon state vertical record. Brett, your a cool ass dude and I hope that I get the chance to fly with you guys again. If the accusations are true or not, I would hope that in the future any issues would be taken up personally and not publically, as there is many misunderstandings and misconceptions with these kinds of issues. I only pray that this doesn't scare you guys off from ever attending the Freedom Jam again. I hope to see you guys next year, if not sooner. Cheers bro, I had a great time.
