Apparently, I still run. I thought three months with a person whose spectacular genetic makeup made any exercise other than sex unnecessary would have set me way, way back......but I went out and ran 4 on Sunday. And again yesterday. I'm not at 80 mile weeks but at least I don't resemble your typical McDonalds fed American. For something different, Bikram Yoga. I'm an endurance sports person and most yoga really just makes me yawn but Bikram is a hell of a good workout and does cardio, strength training, and flexibility in one shot. Specifically, has anyone restored one? I have a thing for them. We were looking before Rob took off, I wanted to do a restoration-not a complete overhaul, mind you but a mostly cosmetic restoration. Minestrone. Vegan. A can of chopped tomatoes, some veggie broth, whatever veggies are around, and at the end a little pasta. I have this cow print crock pot (confession, Mu is a cow fanatic-I think they're so damn cute) but the post office broke the crock when I mailed it to myself from Hawaii. Its a discontinued shape and size so the replacement is a total ripoff....so if anyone sees a new cow print crock pot for sale....PM me, k? Just keep swimming...just keep swimming....
