See, my last weekend in HAwaii we were going to go light a fire on the beach and party like HAwaii people do. Early in the day, I want to say on my 2nd jump there was this little incident where I had my pre second reserve ride so in the interest of conserving $$$ I would have spent on rental gear, I drank 4 beers and celebrated life. Then there was some alternate, earthier celebrating way later, after it started to get dark. Then there was techno music and cuddling...at some point between celebratiob phases numbers two and three I decided I should change out of my freefly pants before we went to the beach. I have no clue where they ended up as I was fighting off an incredibly yummy person in the interest of faithfullness (never again will I do THAT)...but I've been wearing a pair of Starter pants from Wal Mart for the last two months. Just keep swimming...just keep swimming....

SO hypothetically, would you say thats it would be bettter or at least possible to learn to swoop under a square or slightly tapered canopy? SOme of the newer jumpers I know on those faster canopies have no interest in high performance landings but I have to say that the tingly feeling I get when I hear someone swoop is enough for me to realize I'll be learning how (slowly, as safely as possible, and with a coach).
