There are several reasons why people may run into you just after opening. - They aren't looking. - They open close with an off-heading opening. - They are in line twists and do not have steering control. My personal technique. Just after opening, before anything else, I grab my rear risers and look around. Then, if there is a situation, I can use my risers to quickly steer. During big-ways, there are just more people in close proximity. I try to work harder to be safe.

Justice is fair. Rich people are treated equally without regard to race or gender.

In every divorce that I know of, the custody and visitation are spelled out. Perhaps I have the wrong terminology. I call that a court order. It was mentioned that he had visitation rights and they were being ignored. Therefore, ignoring the order. He should get a better attorney. Behavior has very little impact on decisions. Only the naive suffer. As a friend told me, "For $20K, you will get what you want". I now believe that.

The visitation rights, that she is refusing to allow, are also court ordered. What will the judge think of that?

The "fact" ? The internet psychic predicts the thoughts of a judge through the internet. First, you are equating support and their welfare as a fact. There are no facts given to support this theory. Many people realize that children rarely get the value from support. It ends up being ex-wife lifestyle support, not child support. Kids don't need a new BMW. And what about where her concern lies? Here is a parent who wants to be in the lives of his children and she refuses to allow that. Where is her concern for her children? She wants them to grow up fatherless? This is a form of child emotional abuse. You seem to ignore a lot of facts.

Can I check your shoulder flap?
happythoughts replied to FallingHazard's topic in Safety and Training
Yep. Give everyone around you a visual gear check. You will eventually identify a major problem. It is easy enough to lean over and quietly mention something. -
You are discussing what is right. However, what happens is legal. Child support is enforced separately by the court. In fact, it is enforced at the federal level. If you don't pay, they withhold your income tax return. There is a local courthouse group that provides free support enforcement. Visitation rights are rarely, if ever, enforced. Further court orders are laughably ignored because there will be no action taken. Abuse is the new court game. In many court actions, one parent will have the other charged with abuse within 3 weeks of a court date. Then, in court, the parent is asked if they have ever been arrested for abuse (not convicted). A poor expectation. Such a fun topic.

Scotty Carbone's 60th Bday Boogie (ZHILLS)
happythoughts replied to carbonezone's topic in Events & Places to Jump
Hell, I bet he would organize a formation for Viagra that looks like an erect dick. He already has and I was on it....... Don't even want to describe break-off...... I know, I've seen the picture. Just wondered if he'd like to try it again. Every Christmas boogie. It is announced as the "Christmas Candle" skydive over the PA system. Someone who watched from the ground said, "You know... it looked like a cock and balls from here." -
Failure to Find Saddam Proves He Never Existed

Finally... proof that the clitoris does not exist. -
This is a "perspective" riddle. Pick a person and see if the numbers add up. The riddle is caused by intentionally confusing the numbers. From the peoples standpoint, they paid 9x3 = $27 for the room. From the managers standpoint, they paid $25. The bellboy had $2 as change from the managers transaction. The $27 is the amount from the guests view. The problem is described as: initial bill 30 final bill -27 bellboy -2 To make the flaw obvious, what if the bellboy scams them and keeps the whole $5 and returns none of it. initial bill 30 final bill -30 bell boy -5 Huh? Negative 5?

I always mention this type of thing when big boogies are being discussed. People may be able to get away with one day of poor sleep and food, but over a period of days, it takes its toll. In an emergency situation, you need to have your entire brain functioning.

Market Economy. The idea is that the money is turned over. Each time it is spent, it creates jobs. I saw this scenario happen when GTE had multiple floors on multiple office buildings all over the county. When centralized and moved 2,000 jobs into new office space, two bar/lunch spots closed in the downtown area. There was no longer money being spent and the economy in the area declined. Then, they outsourced the jobs from the centralized location. Once again, two restaurants and a couple of other businesses went from thriving to closed in less than a year. Now this is happening on a national scale. It doesn't matter which party is in office.

The idea is that the site is selling the content, but the user is supplying the content. The best example is online dating.

If all guns were illegal, then they would be just as difficult to get as say... drugs. Yep, that's working. Possession of guns by felons is illegal already. They get them anyway, so apparently criminals are disobeying an additional law. It is interesting that anyone assumes that a new law banning gun possession by anyone would be more effective.

Most of the time, it seems to come from two things. The reporter needs to get a consensus of what the facts are, because some people are wrong. Also, people ramble on and on. Remember the tv viewers attention span. So, they talk to people for 3 hours at the dz and then distill that down to 4 minutes. Then, they stand near the most attractive woman while she puts on her gear and tape their 4 minute segment. If people want more air time, they need to be concise (not my strength }. Think of a few two line answers to common questions. If they ask, "What is skydiving like?", don't give them a 20 minute dissertation. (I use, "It feels like floating on a raft in a pool." Short and easy to relate to. Gets quoted every time.)

Are Hillary and Obama still "unelectable"?
happythoughts replied to Erroll's topic in Speakers Corner
One year ago, I was working with a man from Pakistan. He said that after the USSR left Afghanistan, the army started being unpaid and that led to the lawless activities. The man also spoke of the problem that you mention with the Saudis running the refugee camps. The Taliban was formed by people who were vigilantes attacking the corrupt Afghan army after an incident of rape and murder. It is documented everywhere. The Afghans were free of the Soviets, the future was theirs to choose. I don't know why people expect that the US guarantee that their lives and political systems will be perfect for ever and ever. -
Cynicism is just rampant these days. They should write a book on relationships. Look at all their strong points. - a long term relationship. - strong family bonds. - he has more than just a physical desire for her. I see an appearance on Okrah.

"dating" After seeing this video, I thought, "Why not put this to practical use?" clicky There are a lot of perfumes that advertise that they contain pheromones to attract the opposite sex. Pills, exercises, scents... you just never know. Whenever you go into a bar, there is a dimly lit hallway that leads from the door to the main area. I was thinking about putting a UV light in one of those. I am thinking... if a woman walks by it and is all lit up... she has had an "active" evening. Plus, if she is back in a bar, she's still out there scouting. "Helloooo playuh..."

You know that eventually there would be a wedding at Waffle House. And... if you know WH, you probably know where. The place with the worlds largest concentration of WHs. clicky That said. I love Waffle House. I just try to keep my social life out of there.

Are Hillary and Obama still "unelectable"?
happythoughts replied to Erroll's topic in Speakers Corner
You need to be fair about this. She is still leading the Democratic Party to victory and she has the most delegates, just ask her. -
A youthful indiscretion. That's just water under the bridge...

Yep, what's next? Remember the Inquirer cover with Hillary and Batboy? If that cartoon had appeared on the Inquirer, it would have been a lawsuit. However, people are trying to give it legitimacy when it is really just crap to sell magazines. Because it is on the cover of New Yorker, it is "intellectual". Put a bear in a garage, it's not a car. Look at it for what it is, not where it is. Sensationalism at its slimiest. It worked. Everyone is talking about it. Next weeks cover. "Is Batboy the lovechild of Obama and Hillary?"
