  1. I keep hearing the term "beer light".There is no such thing.I would be more appropriate to call it subconscious control or some other term that gives credit to the brain.Lights have no capacity for anything like drinking beer. 6. Quote from August Incident Reports August 2005 "USPA receives many incident reports about skydivers making errors while jumping in strong and gusty winds, which take some of the control out of the jumper's hands and place it in Mother Nature's." 9. Its not the Mfg its the material and design that help with fall rates. A competition suit will fall much faster than a polycotton suit.Figure out what you want to do with the suit and then contact the various Mfgs and see what they have to offer for your situation. 12. More importanly than mfg is the material the suit is made from. I used to have the same problem during bigways wearing a competition suit and it went away when I switched to poly cotton. 15. Bev Suits make what is called a winter liner for the protec. You put the winter liner over the protec padding and it has velcro that matches the attaching velcro inside the helmet. If you put the dytter in the ear pocket of the foam inside the liner it stays in place. Its easy to get in and out also.It also makes the helmet a lot quieter. It only blocks air, there is no insulation. 16. Just got back from Lost Prairie. My first opening with a pack job that I did myself to open faster(nose hanging, about 6 rolls on the tail) certainly got my attention. It was no sabre 170 event but it was the hardest opening I ever had on a spectre.I demoed a pilot 168 there last year and I thought it opened to briskly to consider it an option. In retrospect I now realize it was the density altitude that was causing the openings that I was experiencing. Here is a picture of what happens if the slider is not against the stops at that DA. 19. Basically need feedback on body position.I have one video showing less than perfect leg extension.I can hold a heading and turn ok,but doing mostly solos or being out front(15),no point of reference for fall rate, speed or relativity,or experience adjusting for that. You have been warned
