  1. Thats what I'd do but thats why I'm not a paperazzi. They're job is to photograph not intervene and as much as we think its horrible without them we wouldn't get the pictures that we look at. They wouldn't be able to sell them if there wasn't a demand. As for her condition, if you've seen somone go into the back of a chair at 80 MPH you'd know that it doesn't leave much to the imagination. 2. With those injuries she had no chance of being saved by a Papperazzi who'd put down his camera. Now I'm not saying its not distasteful but they were just doing their job. Is it anyworse than filming people being shot or blown up in Iraq or Palastine? I don't think so. 3. Yes its true. To enter the USA you now have to be fingerprinted and photographed on entry to the US. I managed to escape it on my last visit as the Customs guys are not all that good at their jobs. But everyone not an American is now fingerprinted and photographed before entry. Including Brits. 6. Don't forget that the Government also want to track every single vechicle in the UK on all journeys. They already track millions of us everyday via the Osyter card system and our mobile phones. 8. Thats really nice, but what is it that makes him a hero? my father was a company commander on Battan and Corragidor and when ordered to surrender called his outfit together and explained the order and allowed each soldier to decide for himself. my father and his first sargent decided not to surrender but rather went into the jungle and mountains for a year finally getting out on a submarine. His entire life he did what was the right and just thing even when no one would know he did. He raised his children ,supported his family, worked his way through college, was kicked out of his home at 15 years of age because his drunk step father would beat his mother and one day he decided enough and confronted him. My father was a moral, ethical, modest and honorable man till the day he passed away with cancer, never complaining but more concurned with making shure mother was OK . My father was my hero ,and set the example I try to copy .. I think I'd have to agree with you. 14. I agree, would their work be used to define them as people if they were traffic wardens? yes but not as much as the media is doing. I feel that they are being degraded in importance as people because of how they made their money by the media. 15. I think this is clearly a cultral diference. Like its acceptable and the norm in the UK to refere to black people but not in the USA. In SA it maybe unacceptable but in the UK its still the norm and is the term that female sex workers use to define their role. 18. £500,000 might sound like alot but in the UK the price of the average house is £180,000 if you can't work due to those injuries and are in your 20's or early 30's that doesn't leave you much to live on. When I was in if I was killed whilst on duty my insurance would only have paid out £20,000. Loose a leg and I think it was less than £10,000. Pretty crap really. 20. Why do Americans say Happy Holidays but when talking about going on holiday they call it vacation??? It doesn't make sense, why don't Americans say happy vacations? Why are they holidays at Christmas and vacations the rest of the year? When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy.
