I really like Sorz goggles. They're not too expensive ($20), and they're really comfortable. I have the dark "smoke" color and people tell me I look like the Terminator when I'm wearing 'em (not sure if that's good or bad???)... I think you can buy them at Square One or some other gear stores...

I've tried quite a few yoga tapes and taken lots of yoga classes, and I think Bryan Kest's Power Yoga One (the one-hour class) is the best one out there IMHO (if you like Ashtanga Yoga). It gets better after you've done it a few times - once you can really concentrate on what you're doing rather than having to watch the video - that's when you will really feel the benefits of it... I also have his 20-minute workout, which is also good, but 20 minutes doesn't seem to be long enough for a good yoga workout. If you want more of a stretching, relaxing kind of yoga, you might try Hatha Yoga (but I don't know of any good video recommendations for Hatha)...

Have you thought about going to a Chiropractor? Guess it all depends on what kind of injury you have... I had shoulder pain for years, which turned out to be from a pinched nerve in my neck, and chiropractic work is the only thing that ever helped it (and of course all of the regular doctors I went to never recommended a chiropractor to me, even though they couldn't do anything about it!)... Anyway, might be worth a try...

Ya know, I keep seeing that same ad (and another similar one) in my Yahoo mail... and I'm thinking the same thing... What the hell??? Looks like she has a perfect body to me... Guess they're so desperate to make money that they're targeting women who don't even need to lose weight - pretty sad! -

No... I already live my life as if God does not exist. Of course, I don't think it could ever be proven anyway (wouldn't "faith" always prevail over any kind of "proof", no matter how obvious and logical the proof is?), but it's an interesting hypothetical question...
