    i know someone who made it around with their hook-knife on their rig. Was never stopped or questioned. Was an honest mistake though, security was more concerned I guess with the reserve pilot chute spring and never paid attention to it. The person passed thru 3 security points, one of which was Chicago...

    I would be planning on doing ATLEAST a tandem every 30 days if I get my rating. I would be down in the winter months just due to the weather etc unless I traveled south, but our current tandem master has to go thru the same thing each year as well taking an experience jumper up with him to get current after kansas defrosts. I didn't see anything on USPA for strong, that's why I asked if anyone knew of a place in the midwest. Thanks for the info and concern

    I'm looking into getting my tandem rating and a rig. I just talked to our current tandem master and he said we could work something out with his rig for using it etc. Anyone know where I can get a Strong tandem rating in the Midwest or close? Thanks for the info all Chris

    Just got home from making my 500th jump!!! Rodeo off on one of my students I walked thru his progression then when that fell apart, went into a sweet headdown 2way with my gf. Crazy winds on the ground but it was a nice day and decent weather too. DEMO AND TANDEM RATING HERE I COME!!!!!!!

    that's true but certain diamonds are different, there are real and mass produced, clarity, purity, flaws no flaws, carats, different cutts etc... so even if we sink a ship, there will always be a new type of "diamond" kinda like j-lo's (did you hear they broke up AGAINlol) but it is a very good marketing strategy they did. we studied their aproach for some time in marketing. the 5 year and 10 year diamond rings are another part of their little trickery up their sleeves. it is not uncommon to NOT receive a diamond in countries that have not been influenced with the western world

    biggest diff i had was 6 years. i was 20 and she was 26. my gf is over 2 years older than me now. i'm still 21 (next month) and she's 24

    yes i know everyone be careful, but in the end, if i was older, out of school and we both weren't broke if she thought it was something else I probably wouldn't mind, in the end though if you're meant to be together it doesn't matter if and when you get married, how quick or how long you wait etc

    yes she reads the forums but she won't be reading them before she gets it so nothing to worry about there... i waited to post until i knew she wasn't going to be around a computer till the time i see her

    it's an early v-day gift. we're doing something else for v-day. she knows it's a present. i told her i couljdnt get your bday/christmas present until i got down to brasil. so i dont' think she's going to think i'm proposing to her. she'll get it this weekend when i see her

    no it's not a proposal nor a diamond... so am i still safe lol it's a late bday christmas and early v-day gift. this is kinda why i wanted to see what people would say about it. so she's gonna freak out, great lol. she was looking for a ring but i didn' tfind the one she was wanting, but found one similar and nicer which is this one
