    0:3:lots 3 coached HD jumps, resulting in my first stable HD, if only for a few seconds at a time (see avatar!). First jump at Perris, first time getting stills of myself in freefall. Others. Also did my first tunnel time, did a total of 18 minutes. Good stuff! cavete terrae.

    Seemed to be a combination of factors. Probably my packing (I was REALLY struggling to bag it, it was too big for my rig pretty much), coupled with bad body position. It inflated the right side first, so the right side took the full force of the opening. cavete terrae.

    Don't count out the Fusion. It's in the same class as the others, and is a real blast. I had a 210 that I loved, now jumping a 190 @ a little under a 1.4. Wouldn't trade it for anything. cavete terrae.

    On my high altitude (A hair under 22,000 AGL according to my logbook) jump at Eloy holiday boogie in 05 (I have a suspicion that the video was the load before mine, maybe? Something along those lines was alleged to have happened), we went masks on at either 10,000AGL or 12,000AGL, I can't recall which. In either case, my group was first out, and I was off oxygen for a decent amount of time before exit, due to the issues getting set up in the door (not my fault, I was out and ready within a couple seconds ). I didn't notice any issues, but once I was under canopy, I looked around and did a check, there was a LOT of separation between all of us (the load, not my group), which makes me wonder how long it look them to all get out of the plane. cavete terrae.
