There's a bit of an uphill after turn six that carries through for a while, but it's the god damned eternal headwind that's killing me. Incidentally, Schumacher's record lap on the circuit is ten times faster than me, almost to the god damned second (84.x seconds vs 844 seconds) . I'm going to try and get it down to nine times faster on one of my "days off", so I'll just do one lap as fast as I possibly can, with no worrying about doing more than one lap, or even being able to pedal home afterwards cavete terrae.

In all seriousness though, I put on a bunch of weight since my last year of soccer at uni (which ended November '05, graduated may '06), and I realized I absolutely have to get rid of it, I was disgusted with myself. Doing a minimum of 10 miles on the bike 5 days a week, with a few supplements, and a better diet. Every two weeks I'm going to increase the daily distance by ten to fifteen percent, I think. cavete terrae.

It's dinner time here, what are you serving today? I've got so many leftovers from the Peri-Peri chicken, the steak tacos, the chicken corn soup, etc that I figure I should finish those before making anything new... I've got all the stuff except mushrooms for my enchiladas though, so I might make those late tonight and just toss 'em in the fridge "ready to bake" cavete terrae.
