    As a current AFF student I'll say that skydiving is one of the laziest sports to learn, doesn't require much physical exertion, if anything the more relaxed you are the better. It's really more about being mentally relaxed and calm, which can be difficult when trying to remember all the steps you're supposed to do while falling at 120+ miles towards the earth. But I've found it's getting easier and less stressful with each successive successful jump. Again RELAX, that's the biggest piece to the puzzle for me. *oh yeah and mentally visualize each jump OVER AND OVER to help calm yourself.     Funny you started this thread. I took yesterday and today off to jump, but am not jumping today because my back is hurting. I hurt my working out though, so it's just sore/tender back muscles, making arching painful. Doing the two jumps yesterday made it worse, so rather than risk further injuring I decided to come back home. Don't risk hurting your back, that is one part of the body not to fcuk around with. Sounds like you might be having sciatica pains, where an inflamed muscle is putting pressure on it. I had that once from working out (yeah, i really need to work on my posture when working out I know). The only thing that helped was lots of rest and ibuprofen. Stretching helps too, but take it easy so you can jump again later. you're not a wuss for playing it safe, there's enough to worry about when skydiving without having to worry about your body pains.     The same was done regarding Bush and his time at Crawford (hell still is), you can't expect the same not to be done when the other party is in the white house. I on the other hand recognize that regardless of where the President is (Bush or Obama or whoever the hell it is) they are still able to do whatever it is they "do" regardless of their location.     Fine ban them then, what the **** do we care. You live in Europe, you can live under whatever restrictive Euro laws you want to impose on yourselves and we'll stay over here and accept the cowboy gun culture that we have and the risks that come with the trust that the founding fathers had in its citizens to make it a RIGHT to own firearms. There's a reason millions of people fled Europe to come here, for the extra freedom that indeed does come with increased risk. How about we trade Americans that want a European way of life (3rd+ generation Americans who have forgotten the reason their relatives before them came to America) for Europeans that want the American way of life (I know some Europeans that would very much like to stay here).     The floodgates have already been opened. It's all or nothing at this point. Might as well let people marry who they want.     Yea, strange they didn't check them, maybe they just looked and they were done up and the excess in it's elastic.     Wouldn't that make it 100% if it's expected every jump But I don't want to get into anymore assumptions, I'll leave it to the experienced jumpers.
