I'm starting an LLC with a friend. When we filed the application, we declared both as vested managers of the company. We will have no other members or managers. Is this a mistake? Should we have declared both as members? What is the difference between a members-managed and managers-managed LLC, when it comes to tax and liability? Go for the latest Lasik technology, which uses wave front technology. Must safer than conventional Lasik and gives much better result. It is a bit more expensive thought. I had Lasik done last year and I'm 20/20 and 20/15. It was worth every penny. With wave front technology there is a good chance of getting better than 20/15. It is a very new technology so not many doctors are certified to do it. favaks

My gf owns a 98 Sephia and had the brakes redone a few times. The brakes on the 98 Sephia and some later models and defective. They'll wear out in a matter of months. There is an on going class action lawsuit against Kia, because of the brakes. You might even get your money back. -favaks

Since I got my Boxster S, I've been skydiving less, and driving it more (no more money for jump tix ) The feeling I get when I drive it is similar to skydiving. Sometime, it's even better! OMG! I can't believe I just said that. -favaks
