    No I most likely wouldnt sue... Im also aware of the Hazard Warning Label... However...If you went and bought a new car say nice one 30,000+ or so and U pulled off the Parking Lot Fresh and all of a Sudden the Engine blows a Rod.. Whose at fault..??? Its your Baby you bought it oh well...or is it the Manufactures build defect???? Someone has to take some kind of responsibility.. So if someone builds a Defective Canopy and knows about it or not its Defective...Someone gets hurt..Good packing all correct equip to include Pilot chute whos gonna be held accountable here??? Bottom line is the Skydiver supposed to take the loss??

    Didnt say anything about I or ME Besides that dont care to Compete...Im mostly just a Fun Jumper stating that I have seen others with a Lower class of license..who were better at a Skill in Skydiving than some with other higher license ratings...     Worked to get mine... going on 10th year with USPA membership... Need to get my C and D...just rather Jump than worry about what Lic# I have.. To me its just another level of doing different things in Skydiving. Ive seen people who talked big and had a D license and guys that had like a A or B could fly circles around them... So really its all about " What do you want to do" kinda thing...my B lic always worked for me... The glass is half full or half empty doesn't matter. Let go and have the Lord guide your path.     My Xaos 21 78sq ft...Always opens Smooth Pro pack it..make sure slider is always up against the stops and leave nose alone.. Never had a problem and it Snivels just a Tad..with beautiful on heading openings..

    I just tryed it again and it worked this time...dont understand.. didnt do anything different...just dont make sense..??? Could it be the Web browser waiting on Server?? possibly when I tryed alot of traffic on Web??? Any Ideas??? Electronics...Frames/Packet.. Gateway tied up????

    Tryed to re: a friend in messages...Browser just sits there all day long..wandering.. I have re: before many times no problem.. So cleared browser settings Cache and all. Signed out then back in..still same problem.. Whats up?????

    Rock you like a Hurricane..... My Hurricane rocks...fits my head good and holds the ProTrack nicely. Also allows for my Oakleys which fit snug and the forehead and neck tensioner on the back is cool.. Get one little $$ but works for me... The glass is half full or half empty doesn't matter.     Definately Carry on...My Rig cost too much to Loose with Checked Baggage... No way I would ever Check it...My Baby goes were I go..Bottom Line... If Some of you Check it..     Did anyone mention..A Bridge too Far..? Damn good Jump scenes..C47..101st 82nd.. Best I have ever seen on Army Jumping.. was like I was right there myself almost..
