Andy - maybe you're sitting too close to the steering wheel - or - you're getting old and need bifocals. My Bonneville has a HUD. I'll miss having it if it's not an option on my next car.

I tried the SkyCoaster in FL. I understand that it's operated by the same folks who run SkyVenture.... The attendees of the Airspeed Tunnel Camp got to try it for free.... Actually, I liked it!! BTW: The tower is about 300' and Graig Girard from Airspeed did a BASE jump off of it.

I don't pray regularly or out of habit but I normally thank "the Lord" every time my canopy opens. I also say a short prayer on the ride to altitude praying that all skydivers have safe jumps that day, landing softly, injury free, under their main canopy. This is usually ended with the sign of the cross and I often see others doing it. (this really shouldn't seem odd, ever watch a baseball game)
