  1. I have it at home. The skydiving part of the article is short. seems to be more of an advertisement on the designer clothes they have on.
  2. [cuppa_tea007] - Fair, I was thinking mainly about football or maybe hockey and basketball. Hhmm - sports that normally have a team doctor.
  3. Hahaha I find that to be really funny ! ! Thanks for telling me. It's all skydiving related but looking at it the main page there's a picture of a baby chicken with the quote "You can't fly until you get laid." I hope that's not what blocked it. Do me a favor and see if you can get there using this direct link. Never ! !
  4. My short answer is yes, been there, done that. (Percocet/Vicodin) I'm not saying I condone it, just that I've had the experience. Everyone's tolerance level is different. In professional sports I imagine it's done all the time.
  5. I used to jump one. As a matter of fact, I still have it. Went from that to a Strato-Cloud then to a Pegasus.
  6. Can't say for sure without actually seeing it in person but for a reference . . . see Fig. 6
  7. A couple of sites where you can find DVD easter egg/hidden features : http://www.eeggs.com/tree/6786.html and http://www.dvdreview.com/html/hidden_features.shtml

    Line twists

Why do you roll the nose? For slower openings?
  9. sorry - having a bad day, taking everything personally. Thanks! (now I'll lighten up)
  10. Or as we would ask Richard, "Got a pencil, Dick?" Lighten up dude!!
  11. BASE jumper game try delays of different lengths.
  12. I have a Fender Precision bass - play by ear - have been in a few bands. . . mainly original songs and 'classic rock'. Don't ask me to sing though.
  13. 4-way scores are on the NSL website
  14. don't know how current it is but try this link
  15. No, not a solution, just different. I'm currently more comfortable with that method (flat packing). For me it's relatively simple, straight-forward and consistent.
  16. I cant wait to actually have to think about it again - darn Midwest winter. From memory: throw out the pilot chute, a short wait to feel something come off my back . . . watch the mess turn into some semblence of a parachute, slider down, no line twists - good . . .reach for rear risers and look for traffic Thank you Jesus ! ! ! (which I try to remember to say after every successful opening)
  17. *** Much of packing nowadays is essentially voodoo. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amen! part of the reason I continue to flat pack.
  18. Glad to see there was some actual skydiving too. What kinda altitude did ya get? Weather looks less than ideal
  19. If you don't watch 24 - you don't know Jack!
