http://www.spanishtown.ca/Images/coquito.jpg "COQUITO" PUERTO RICAN PUNCH Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooling time: 2 hours Serves: 5 -- 1 cup water -- 12 cloves -- 2 cinnamon sticks -- 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled -- 1 can (15 oz.) COCO LOPEZ Real Cream of Coconut -- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) CARNATION Evaporated Milk -- 1 cup rum -- Powdered cinnamon, (optional) Place water, cloves, cinnamon sticks and ginger in a small saucepan. Cook at medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat, cover. Let cool 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Place the coconut cream, evaporated milk, rum, water and spices in blender, cover. Blend for 30 seconds or until well mixed. Refrigerate in a crystal container or bottle for at least 2 hours or until liquid is very cold. Shake well before serving. To serve: Serve 2 ounces in appetizer glasses. Sprinkle with powdered cinnamon if desired. Advice: Drop a cinnamon stick inside the bottle/container for added flavor. LiquidSky @(^_^)@

... I knw.. sorry, guys! I`m ok, but since I moved (last Oct.), I still have no internet conection or telephone either. It`s a new housing development, so it`s still under construction pretty much But I`m thinking of you all... I miss you guys!... LiquidSky @(^_^)@

Chocolate always gets me in the mood... And I love love love 4play!...after almost 3 years of marriage,.... you need to have it. W/O it`s just rutine and it kills it. Yeah, baby!... love to feel like I`m in high school again ... Good times......Gets me in "the zone" LiquidSky @(^_^)@

All I can say is that I was very lucky to have met him. Having Chris in my life was and still is very special. He taught me how to fly a wingsuit. And he said I was the best student he ever had. After that 1st BirdMan jump, he invited me to a 6way!! I mean, Chris was so passionate about wingsuit flying!! He got my husband, and a couple of other locals to try the WingSuit. Some got hooked. I never felt the need to by a suit, because he would lend me his (the white, with orange wings DEMO suit), and he would ship it next day! He was sooooooooooo extra sweet to me (and to everybody he knew). I absolutely will miss him. I`ll miss him too much. We had plans for next years` boogie (P.R.), he loved flying his BirdMan over the East coast of Puerto Rico. He made everybody know how much he loved this boogie, the Island. Anyways, I`ll miss Chris w/ all my heart. He was (and is) very special to me. I`ll miss flying with him sooooooooo much. I`m so sad, I keep thinking this is just a nightmare, that I`ll wake up and this`ll be just a bad dream... But I guess it isn`t, right? I really hope you guys don`t get hit by Jeanne so bad As you read here: ( http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_view_flat;post=1248513;page=2;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC;mh=25;) a couple of weeks ago Puerto Rico got hit by this storm and it made a lot of damage. Many people died, others are still w/o homes, power, water, etc We are a small island (100 x 35) and I can`t compare us with Florida`s size, but you guys have been hit pretty brutal this year... FINALLY!!! I HAVE POWER!!!!! We are ok. Has been pretty ugly here. Flodding and more flooding One lady died (so far has been reported), she was laying in a hammock w/ her husband, and that hammock was hanging from their zinc roof. Their roof blew off, and they were blown off also. Pretty bad. He is ok, has a couple of bruises, but his wife died on impact! But Julio, and I are OK, Iván and all of the guys are OK also! I saw on TV It`s still a Tropical Storm for DOminican Republic, but for Puerto RIco, we are under a Hurricane Alert. It`s 7:48 AM and we are beggining to feel the strong winds in the San Juan (Metro) Area. Jeanne just left the coast of Vieques and it making it`s entry to the island of Puerto Rico straight from the East. I`ll keep you all informed as it passes by (if I still have power by then).
