    I had a problem confusing the "extend legs" and "pull" hand signals around 4...kicked my AFFI in the head as well. Repeats happen. Once you learn to breath, relax and have fun it all starts to come to you. I remember the feeling of wanting to get my license without any repeats, weather delays, etc., etc. It was told to me a couple times that it's a journey not a destination. It's true. Have fun. Be safe.

    Everything. 4 guns to complete AFF and everything in my house and my car to move from Ohio to Eloy, AZ. Can't lie...three months living in a tent has sucked at times, but honestly it was the best thing I've ever done with my life.

    My only advice would be to not air your grievances on dz.com. You will find that the skydive community is much smaller than you think and a lot of people read these posts. Like any other personal conflict deal with it in an adult manner and keep it descrete. Live and learn. Congrats on working to obtain your license. Keep it safe and have fun.

    I was completely freaked out by the door (sitting next to it in Caravan) for my first twenty jumps or so...took a while for me to just poke my hand out. Every now and then it creeps in on me, but leaves as soon as I'm actually in the door checking my spot. It's usually when there is something different. Last jump was without an alti and I was kind of spooked by the door until I was out. I would say it sneaks up on me maybe 10%-15% of the time....it's kind of fun, keeps me grounded and reminds me that any jump could be the last and I appreciate the jump more.

    Do anything and everthing not to think about her. Sooner or later you wont. Then after that you will be cruising along enjoying life and get blindsided by someone else. Life's grand like that.

    Tempe and Old Scottsdale are pretty fun. Don't think the midget is tending bar at Gilligans on Wed night, but it's fun. I could probably herd a few cats from eloy for a night of drinking Wed.

    My A license check jump. Yeah. Pretty nervous...it was one ugly rushed pack job. But it did teach me that they open...you can pack a big ball and it more than likely will open.

    Don't sweat it. It's a brave new world where if you are connected there is no privacy. If you think that level of information is spooky you should see what we have access to in some of the mega databases. Sites like the one you referenced are making money off of your visits. You are basically verifying the data file and/or elements within it and making the data more valuable. They then sell this data at a higher price than they purchased it at....kind of slick and has me thinking. lol

    Is it sex? It's been best described as a sub-catagory of sex. It's also not nearly as intimate as sex, yet carries many of the same risks. But still, it's more like one of the nicer ways to say thank you, or to blow time (pun intended)...closer to intercourse than a backrub, but still....
