  1. Hey Everyone, my wife's sister entered a kiss pass skydive photo of ours in a "Cutest Couple" contest. Voting starts today and you can vote once a day for each valid email address you have until the 20th. It takes literally 2 minutes to sign up and vote, and you can opt out of receiving any emails. We are the only skydiving shot out of hundreds of submissions, so we're asking for a little community support. Much appreciated! Cheers! http://kiss107.clearcontests.com/front/image_contest2.asp?s=A6889271C4BCB3A3557BA5BEA5B19D84939EB49BB6B4678DD1CF8B998EAFA6BDBD777CA6CCC6C2BCA1897D61647B6F888F50BEAA97756C707993C2AD9171786175ADBE7883896568716B957E7A84A487A28A765C7C Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  2. Well mine is bought second or third hand and although the packing card reads that it's an I5, perhaps its not. I think I'll call in the serial number. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  3. Nice post. I appreciate your appreciation for your old "friend." Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  4. Wow, I must have the smallest I5 around. Weird. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  5. I actually meant to write grey webbing and not grey risers. Drinking and typing Incomplete thoughts are fun aren't they? So, yes, I understood what you meant. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  6. Agreed. Although I plan on having charcoal grey risers, so that will offset things a bit. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  7. I have one with a PDR160 and a SafireII 159 in it. It's tight. The reserve and main are both old enough to pack tightly and I pack effeciently and it's tight. Could you get anything larger in? Probably. Should you?.........Meh Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  8. Good tip on the water. Thanks. Yeah, I like the looks and reputation of these rigs. I'm currently wearing an Icon that's a bit small for me, but I actually like several of it's design features. Thinking I'll buy myself something custom at the end of this next season and I'm pretty certain it will be one of the two. I love the way the black looks Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  9. Looks really good. Enjoy! Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  10. How do you like it? Does it seem to hold up? How long have you had it? Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  11. What would Jesus do? Claim unconditional love for all - then sentence all who did not believe to burn for eternity. Oh wait, that was his dad. Gotta feel bad for Joseph - God's own cuckold. That's perfect Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  12. And it was Impressive. Norman Kent shot footage along with 5 other videographers. The compilation should be beautiful. Very proud of Team Fastrax
  13. That's right Shotter. There is absolutely NO partying at Start. "These aren't the droids you're looking for" .....no where did I put my beer and my smoke? Damn I hate when that happens! Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  14. Actually Michael, if one stands in the loading area, only the right third side is blocked by trailers and RVs. The landing area is in FULL view from most of the loading area. There is also the visitors area with picnic tables on the other side of the fence(to the left of the loading area) which is perfect for viewing landings. So, if your camera is as you say, then you should have absolutely no issues with being able to take photos without the need for special treatment. Lots of other photographers do it every day. Those RVs are placed where they are because that's where the power and water supplies are located. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  15. Agreed. We just started running on and it's 14 minutes from wheels up to wheels down and carries up to 21 paxs. Also, LOVE the turbine Caribou! BIG and sexy:) Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  16. Liquidsky(liquidskysports.com) Julio is amazing artistically and also has vast experience in making a suit exactly to the specifications that you need to meet your needs. AND, they look and fit VERY well. After that, I would recommend Firefly(fireflysuits.com) They also make a really nice suit for a bit less in cost. You can also get a freefly suit with very low profile J-grips on it for when you need them. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin

  18. Not feeling you on that one. That's a case of potential mental and physical defects, which will have a direct impact on the rest of society through taxation and the increased burden placed upon our medical infrastructure. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  19. Perhaps, but what's glaringly obvious is that you've been fooled my something. Good luck peeling back all of the layers. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  20. I tend to view that image as more of an exaggerated example, rather than an absolute. I wouldn't hang onto that discrepancy too much if I were you. Hell, for that matter, go out and test it. I'll even go with you if you want a frame of reference. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  21. He didn't take any jabs at you and didn't make a homophobic remark. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
  22. I'm almost in line with BIGUN's statement. I've got about a 100 jumps on each and I feel that the Pilot is a bit quicker to open than the Safire but just as soft. The Pilot is also on heading more than the Safire. The Pilot is also more responsive(quicker) for toggle input than the Safire. The Safire is lighter on rear risers. Both have quick recovery arcs when using fronts. The Safire has a more powerful flare and the flare is what I wasn't enjoying about the Pilot. And yes, I practiced different stages and speeds for the flare stroke. I also flare deeply every time. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin

  24. The helmet fits snug enough that I don't think I could have the camera pointing in a different direction each time, even without the chin cup. The Velcro wraps around the handle, it is secure, hasn't been an issue at all. Derek V Thanks again Derek. Much appreciated. Life expands or contracts in proportion to one's courage. ~Anais Nin
